Chapter 10: Oops

NORMAL POV

"Okay now that just looks weird." Dani says laughing as Liz tries to make a flower out of icing on the cake they just made.

"Oh my god it does." Liz says as the two girls start laughing. "Okay let's see yours." She adds as Dani reveals the cake she made.

"I made a snowman. In case you couldn't see that." Dani says as Liz shakes her head at her.

"In case I couldn't see that? Dani yours looks amazing." Liz says as they start laughing again. Soon they're laughs get interrupted when a popping noise goes off.

"Surprise!" Kevin, Nick and Frankie say as confetti begins to fall.

"We found these on the tour bus and just had to set them off." Kevin says as the boys see the many different pastries the girls baked. "Wow." He says as Dani smiles at him.

"When I was Liz's age my older sister would bake with me for hours. I just thought it would be a fun activity to do with Liz." Dani says as Kevin smiles and nods.

"And might I say it is fun. Here try the rice crispy treats I made." Liz says as Kevin takes a bite and his eyes widen.

"Wow this is good." Kevin says as Liz smiles.

"Oh look Liz tried making a Picasso painting." Nick says looking at the cake that Liz was making before they got there.

"Dani doesn't think this looks like a flower but I think she's wrong." Liz says as she shows her brothers the cake she just finished making.

"If I squint and tilt my head it kind of looks like a flower." Frankie says as Liz glares at him.

"Everyone's about to have lunch so you should go put these out so people can take some." Nick says as Liz smiles and nods.

"Great. Frankie stop eating and help me." Liz says as she takes the cake and Frankie takes the two trays of cupcakes.

"I saw you talking to Ashley earlier. How did it go?" Kevin asks Dani as she begins to clean up the kitchen.

"It was a strange conversation. She was telling me how she wishes she had a friendship with Liz that resembles mine." Dani says as Kevin looks confused.

"She's intimidated by Demi." Nick says as the two look at him slightly confused. "Liz and Demi are best friends and Ashley's worried that Liz will do everything to get her best friend back with Joe." He adds as they nod.

"That makes sense. I mean look at you and Liz. You two are always attached at the hip." Kevin says to Dani as she starts laughing.

"It's already been 3 weeks and Ashley's starting to get on my last nerves. We have 2 more months of touring! I don't think I can survive." Nick says before they hear screaming from the cafeteria making them run out and see Ashley covered in frosting. Liz and Frankie were standing next to her with shocked faces.

"What happened?" Kevin says as Liz puts down what was left of the cake and gets a napkin trying to clean her off.

"Ashley I'm so sorry. It was an accident." Liz says cleaning the frosting from her clothes but Ashley pushes her away.

"Don't try to act all innocent." Ashley says as Liz backs away. "You see your two delinquent siblings shoved a cake in my face on purpose." She says to Kevin as Frankie shakes her head.

"That's not what happened. We were playing around which was probably not the right thing to do but Liz accidentally tripped and Ashley just happened to be there." Frankie says as Ashley shakes her head.

"I heard screaming. Is anyone hurt?" Denise says as she comes in running with her husband right behind her. "Oh my god." She says once she notices the mess.

"Mom it was an accident." Liz says as Denise nods immediately taking her daughters side.

"Stop lying! This was no accident! I knew you didn't like me but this was taking it too far." Ashley says as Liz looks over at her siblings for help.

"Liz." They hear someone say as their heads all turn and see Joe standing next to the door way. "Is that true?" He asks her as she takes a deep breath.

"Joe I didn't mean to do it on purpose it was just an accident." Liz says as Joe shakes his head.

"I know that you're mad at me for breaking up with Demi but it wasn't my fault. I'm with Ashley now and she's a great person so could you please get along with her." Joe says as Liz sighs.

"I'll try my best." Liz says as Joe nods and takes Ashley out of the room.

NORMAL POV

"I'm so happy you're here!" Liz says excitedly hugging her best friend Briana as they stand in the lobby of the New York City hotel that the Jonas family was staying in

"Wow I knew you were going to be happy but not this excited. I love it!" Briana says as Liz laughs and they go in for another hug.

"Okay you can stop hugging her now. It's my turn." Frankie says as he pushes Liz off Briana and they go in for a hug.

"Okay that's disgusting." Liz says watching Frankie hug Briana. "Let's go tell everyone else that you got here safely. I bet they'll be excited." She says as she and Frankie take Briana's bags and lead her to the elevator.

"They'll be excited to see me? What on earth has happened? I mean they like me and all but I don't think they love me." Briana says causing Liz and Frankie to laugh.

"Things have changed sweet Briana." Frankie says as Liz looks at him disgusted.

"Don't call her that." Liz says as she hits Frankie in the stomach making him groan from pain. "You see we had a surprise visitor that isn't the best of people." She adds as Briana nods.

"Isn't the best of people? I don't think that's the perfect description of her." Frankie says as Liz shrugs her shoulders.

"OK then what's the appropriate way to describe her? Is she the wicked witch or a ray of sunshine?" Liz says as Frankie looks at her confused and they both erupt into an argument.

"Lord Voldemort." Briana says as the two siblings look at her confused. "Is that not the surprise visitor?" She asks as they shake their heads.

"No it's not. It's Ashley stinking Greene." Liz says as Frankie gasps and Briana looks at him confused.

"Green! The wicked witch is green." Frankie says as Liz gasps and Briana continues to look at them confused.

"I'm still confused but don't worry about telling me I want to find out about all of this on my own like a soap opera." Briana says making them laugh.

"Today's the Camp Rock 2 premiere and I just want this day to go on without any awkward moments between the two former lovebirds." Frankie says as Liz nods and sighs.

"You and me both brother." Liz says as she and Frankie both high five each other.

"Yeah well you spoke to soon." Briana says as she browses through her phone.

"Why?" Liz asks as Briana shows her what was on her phone.

"Looks like Joe likes kissing the wicked witch." Briana says as Liz and Frankie exchange looks.
