"Rocky, please!" I begged as the boys packed. I was sitting on Rocky's bed, swinging my bare feet off the side.

"Rosannah, it's been discussed and decided. You are staying here with the Hades and that's it."

"But Rocky!" I was cut off by Riker, who was walking through the door.

"Stop annoying him, Ro. Go to your room. You have packing to do, too."

"Ugh," I moaned, standing up and, very dramatically, trudging out of the room. I walked across the hall to Ross and Ryland's room.

"Hi," I said, sitting on Ryland's bed.

"Hey, what's happening with you?" Ross asked.

"I'm bored."

"Well, you could pack." Ryland added his useless knowledge.

"Yeah, well, I don't actually want to." I objected.

"Wow, look who may be replacing Ell as the new sass master!" Ryland said, clapping and giving me a high five, but my hand wasn't waiting for a high five, making it just a slap on the arm. "Great job, Ro."

I grabbed my book and lied on my bed, trying to read.

"Someone's in a bad mood today," Rydel teased.

"Shut up! I know I can't do anything as well as you. You don't need to rub it in my face!" I exploded.

"Calm down," Ellington jeered, laughing.

"I hate you!" I screamed and walked out the door, making an effort to slam it behind me. "Have fun on tour, I won't miss you!"

"Rosannah," Riker started. I cut him off.

"I don't care. You all knew how much I wanted to go to Australia, so you scheduled your Australia tour so that I couldn't go. You know I'll miss you, I can barely get over myself because I miss you so much as it is! I hope you like Australia. Tell me about it when you get back." They were leaving tonight, but I would be asleep when they left. I was going to call Mrs. Hade when I woke up so she could come and get me. I walked out of the house and to the pond in the woods. I was dipping my feet in on the little dock I made when I heard footsteps in the leaves...
