Chapter 27

Today is the day of the wedding. I'm in a dress that goes down to my knees mostly because I promised Jack I wouldn't ware anything to short so guys wouldn't be staring as much. Jack's with the groomsmen also with Mark. I wasn't asked to be a bridesmaid so I'm just someone in the small crowd. I have my hair twisted back on both sides and a bun at the end. The wedding is an outside wedding which is the only nice thing about the wedding. Is a beautiful place.

I walk around waiting for the wedding to start. It starts in about thirty minutes. I shake my head as a few birds fly by and I pull out my phone. After a few minutes I feel hands on my waist and I'm pulled in a chest. I look up to see Jack with a smile. "So how you doing?" He asks spinning my so I'm facing him. I shrug, "could be better but you look handsome." I say and he flips his hair. "Thanks I work on it" he says making me shake my head and I start to mess with his hair making him look really hot. "Hey don't make my look to good you don't want girl staring don't you?" He says with a smirk. "No matter what girls are going to stare." I say making his chuckle.

After a (what feels like)few minutes of us talking Mark walks up. "Hey Jack the wedding is about start so get in your place with Chelsea." Mark says. I stiffen and I look over to see Chelsea with a smirk looking at us. I look up at Jack and I give him a worried look. "Ok one sec (Jack looks at me) it will be fine as long as Garret doesn't show." Jack says and he chuckles a little at the last part. I nod and I leave him to take a seat next to my mom in the front row. I sit there as the wedding starts and I watch as Chelsea is walks impossibly close to Jack and when they part she gives him a small wink. Anger flushes through me. I whole time me and Jack star at each other and before I know it the wedding is over. Time for the reception.

I ride with Jack to our church for the reception. It takes an hour to get there. When we get there me and Jack walk in hand n' hand. We walk over to a crowd which is around the table with the cake. The cake is so cool. I'm about to take a picture of the cake when I'm pulled from the crowns from someone. Once we stop I look to see Lilly. "Why did you bother to show up?" She asks in a annoyed tone. "Because my boyfriend is the best man." I say anger leaking into my tone. "Hey sweetie it's time for cake," Mark says walking up. I smile wickedly as an Idea pops into my head. We walk over to the cake and I give Jack a look to not stop me if I do something, he nods and we watch them cute the cake and be cute with it. After that they cut the cake for everyone else. I take the biggest peace of cake which is chocolate and I hate chocolate. I walk over to Lilly. "Hey Lilly." I say and once she turns around I smash the piece of cake onto her Snow White dress.

She gasps and so does everyone else then someone starts to laugh their head off. I turn to the laugher to see Jack on the floor laughing his head off then I fall to the ground laughing my head off. After I'm done laughing and I'm on my feet Mark storms up to my and throw me over his shoulder. He Carries me out side and sets me down. "H-hey bro." I say a little scared. "Don't hey bro me what the hey was that for!" He says almost shouting. "I just.." He cuts me off. "How could you! You shouldn't have come to the wedding! Why did you do that to Lil-" I cut him off. "Why did I do it? Why did I do it? I did it because for one she hates me and she asked me why I even bothered to come to this stupid wedding and two I'm still mad at you for not even telling me you got engaged! It's like you didn't even care how close we were back then!" I feel the tears burn my eyes and fall down my face. "Sarah I...." I shake my head. "I don't want to hear it Mark I don't care what your going to say. I JUST WISH YOU WHERE NEVER MY BROTHER!" I scream before I run off and into the woods next to the church. After a few minutes of running I stop at a tree and breakdown.

I fall to my knees the tears burning my cheeks. "Why did I say that? Why?" I ask myself out loud. I cry my eyes out until I hear someone walk up behind me. I don't look up to see who it is I just look at the ground. I soon feel a hand on my shoulder and they kneel down next to me. "Sarah, Mark told me what happened." It's Jack. "Why did I say it?" I whisper then I look up at Jack and he wipes the tear from my eyes with his thumb. "I don't know but your going to have to apologize." He says in a caring tone. "I know I just... I'm scared to." Jack pulls me up so I'm standing in front of him. "It will be fine I'll be with you" Jack put his arm around my shoulder and he walk out of the woods. We walk to the front of the church where everyone is and I see Mark getting into the car. I run up to the car but the start to drive off. "MARK!" I scream but he doesn't stop. I stop on the curb and I feel Jack wrap his arm around my waist pulling me to him. "I guess you'll have to wait to apologize." Jack whisper into my ear. I nod and I rest my head on his chest as we walk to his car. Oh, well Mark will get over it someday... Hopefully.
