Chapter 56

I wake up to lucky licking my face. I look at the clock, 7:30. I groan getting up and looking around. I spot a this of flowers on the night stand next to the bed. I get up grabbing them and it reads,

Happy Valentine's Day - Jack

(Go to the kitchen for next clue).

I shake my head walking ur of his room and to the kitchen. I pick up a box of chocolates with lucky behind me and I pick up the note that is on it.

Now here comes the fun part. Get dressed and drive to the park.

I sigh and I go back to the bed room. I pull on a black V neck and some jeans. I grab my bag, keys, and lucky. I walk down to my car putting lucky in the passenger side when I slid in. I quickly drive to the park. I get out and I see a small box in a tree. I walk over taking it.

I fell stupid a mean doing this but I want you to go to your house.

The note says, I groan not really in the mood to do this this early in the morning. I get back in and I drive to my house. I take lucky out and I carry him inside after I take a note from the door.

Head to the back yard under the tree we had our kiss under on your birthday

I shake my head remembering that day and frown because Tom had come over and kissed me that day.

Follow me." I say before getting up. Jack follows me to the backyard and the I lead him under a tree. "You've been an amazing boyfriend." I say then I lean in and our lips touch. "Hey sar....ah...." Someone says from behind us. We pull away and we look at who it was and it was my sister. We all blush. "Ya, Sally." I say then I walkover to her. "There is someone at the door that wants to see you." Sally says then we go inside.

I opened the to see my Xboyfriend at the door. "What are you doing here?" I ask him letting him in. He looks into my eyes then he sighs. "Sarah, umm... Can we go out side?" He asks and I nod then we go outside. "What is it?" I ask still shocked that he was here. He sighs then he kisses me on the lips, when he pulls away I back a bit. "Sarah? Who is that and why is he hear?" Someone says from behind me. I turn around to see jack with anger in his eyes. "This is my Xboyfriend." I say blushing a bit. "Sarah, will you be my girls again?" He asks. "I'm sorry I can't I'm taken." I say in a soft tone. "Who are you dating now?" He asked with a confused tone. "She's dating me." Jack says as he walks up him. My X scold at him. "Ok, we'll treat her well, at least better than I did." He says. Jack nods then goes back inside and I followed. "Jack did you see?" I ask looking at the ground. "I did see him kiss you but I'm not mad." He says with a smile

I shake my head from the thought. I head to the backyard. I walk over to the tree to see a big box with a handle, like a Jack in the box (huh I wonder what's in it) kind of thing.

Crank the handle

Says a note on the box. I sigh and I start to crank it slowly. Then all of the sudden I hear someone singing the pop goes the weasel song. The song doesn't take long to get through but when It ends Jack pops out with a huge teddy bear. I gasp as he hands me the teddy bear. "Happy Valentine's Day." He say getting out of the box. I smile widely. "Your so cheesy." I say giving him a kiss. "Hey cheesy love is the best." He says chuckling. I smile like an idiot as I think about how did I ever end up with this guy.

(BTW what is going to happen with the waiter is true, it happened with my brother last night and there is a true story about Mark)

Jack is taking me out for dinner. Looks like we're going to Olive Garden. I have a nice dress that goes to my knees, black, blue, and white pattern on it. Black leggings and my favorite black boots. The care ride isn't long mostly because I slept most of the way. The wait is about thirty minutes and almost everywhere you look you see a young couple a few were old though.

The wait goes by quickly and we are lead to our table. We sit there not saying a word and we waiter comes. "Hello, what would you like to drink." Says the man, he's black and chubby. "Umm yes I would like a unsweetened tea." Jack says looking up at the waiter. "I'll just have a water." I say. "Ok would you like bread sticks and salad?" He asks. We both nod. "Ok it will be out here is about ten minutes." He says the does a weird little laugh making Jack take his napkin and shove it in his mouth stopping his from laughing. I raise my eyebrow and shake my head. "So while your laughing I need to tell you what happened when I was in middle school which Mark." I say.

I laugh a little remembering it. "Ok so I was having some problems with Chelsea so I talk Mark about it. He said Sarah don't react just tackle her, the thing that made it funny was he was laugh as he said it. He was like also if you get sent to the principle just tackle her. And I'm like ok so do you just tackle you teachers to give you better grades. Then he's just like, oh hey mark then I'm just going to tackle him." I say laughing a little and Jack was processing the picture then starts laughing. We laugh for a good ten minutes before we finally start to calm down and our drinks had come along with the breadsticks and salad.

I take a sip of my water as I watch Jack struggle with the salad. I shake my head setting down my drink and I help him. "So we've known each other long enough, is there anything I don't know about you that I should know?" I ask. Jack sits there for a second and nods. "My name Jack is a nickname. My real name is Jackson." I stop my self from giggles. "Jackson?" I question. He nods. "Wow. I like it." I say with a smile.

About twenty minutes of talking we order our food, well I did because Jack could stop laughing. "So the other day me and mark went to the car wash to wash my truck and I let him drive. We came up to the thing where you pick the wash and he has a problem with getting to the box. So he's wiggling on the side of the car. I look back and I see a family that is laughing their heads off." Jack says taking the last breadstick. I take a sip of my water and I picture Mark just wiggling on the side of a car like crazy and I laugh making water/snot come out of my nose and I spit our the water from my mouth also. I rush to the restroom and clean up.

When I come back the food had come. We eat quickly, pay and we head out. This has been a nice day. Is all I think before I doze off.
