Amanda woke up around seven o'clock in the morning and felt the need to wake the rest of our dorm up. We tried to quiet her by throwing our pillows at her but she didn't stop her awful screeching.

"Today's the Hogsmeade trip!" She announced cheerily, causing everyone to jump out of their beds and scramble around trying to get ready. Everyone took turns in the shower and while I waited, I painted my nails a navy blue.

Once I finished my shower, I magically dried my hair and used my wand to create loose waves. I shimmied into a pair of black skinny jeans, which took a lot of energy.

Dorea suddenly slipped on a puddle of water that must have tracked into our room from the shower and fell over. This caused me to start laughing so hard that tears were leaking from my eyes. The rest of the girls laughed as well and Dorea struggled to get up.

We continued getting ready which took about an hour. Dorea was wearing blue skinny jeans, a pinkish cream sweater, a grey scarf, and brown boots. She plaited her hair a certain way that made my head hurt to think about it. Dorea called it a 'fishtail' braid.

Amanda, Lexi, and Gabrielle wore outfits similar to each other and had already left the dorm room before I had finished putting my makeup on.

My outfit consists of my skinny jeans, a loose blue top, my favorite black leather jacket, a beige knit scarf, and black combat boots. I grabbed my wand and purse that was filled with money for me to spend on the trip.

Dorea and I walked down to breakfast and we sat in our usual seats. I noticed that Xavier and Fran were sitting at our table. They must be doing a group thing for Hogsmeade. I hurriedly ate my breakfast because I was so excited for my date with Tom. Dorea and Fran were planning on covering for me so the boys wouldn't suspect anything.

"I'll see you guys later." I whispered to Fran and Dorea before getting up and leaving the Great Hall. My journey to the fourth floor was uneventful and quite short because I had been so excited to get there.

When I reached the area Tom told me to meet him, I noticed he was sitting against the wall on a bench. Making my way towards him, he heard my footsteps and looked up. He smiled at me before standing and placing a kiss on my forehead.

"Ready to go?" I asked him, his smile fell. Oh no, what now? "What's wrong?"

He sighed and let go of me, "We can't go to Hogsmeade."

My face scrunched up in confusion, "Why not?"

"I can't be seen with you." He pinched the bridge of his nose in annoyance. My jaw dropped, did he really just say that?

"Excuse me?" It felt as if he had insulted me. Sure, I knew he didn't mean to offend me, but I was getting tired of having to sneak around. He didn't look at me.

"People will see us. It's going to hurt my image." Tom said, acting like his reputation was more important.

"That shouldn't matter to you. It doesn't matter to me." I stated, still mad but I didn't want to fight.

"I don't want to be seen with you!" He shouted, causing me to flinch and step away from him. That's when Tom decided to look at me. He must of realized that I was hurt, if he didn't, he was an idiot.
