Kai walked into the room, Yoona turned towards him and smiled.
"Pabo, don't give me that smile." Kai mumbled.
Yoona smiled again and held his soft hands.
"Jongin-ah, I...I don't have...much time." Yoona said, between breaths.
"You can't leave me, Yoona. You can't." Kai cried.
Yoona smiled as she held his cheek. Kai held her hand and kissed it.
"I'm sorry, Jongin." She said.
Kai shook his head as he cried.
"Saranghae."
Those were the last words from Im Yoona.
"Andwae. Andwae!" Kai exclaimed. He bring Yoona to his chest and hugged her.
Tears fell onto his cheeks as he cried.
He lost everything. His family...and the lover of his life.

A girl read the doctors letter. She was shocked and dropped the letter.
She then let her tears fall.
"Unnie..." She cried.

The funeral was at the cemetery.
Kai was staring Yoona's picture. She was smiling, just like before.
DO patted his shoulder to comfort him. Kai just cried.
And the girl was crying harder than Kai.
She was only 16, while Kai just turned 18. Yoona died at the age of 17 of a heart cancer.
"Who's that girl?" Chanyeol asked DO.
DO turned to the direction, seeing the girl, that looks a little a lot like Yoona.
"Molla." He replied.
The funeral was over, Kai stayed at his house. He was all alone.
He wishes none of this would happen. If Yoona was healthy enough, they would be giggling around the house.
Kai slumped into bed and went to sleep. Only to see Yoona smiling at him.
