Chapter 4 - Unexpected News

"Minho, I arranged you with Mr. Bae's daughter." His father said.

"Mwoh?!" Minho snapped.

"You're marrying Mr. Bae's daughter. They're rich people like us. And if we put our companies together, our stock would be more accurate." His father said.

"Abeoji?! I can't marry her! I barely know her. And I have a girlfriend." Minho said.

"Break up with your girlfriend. She's just a normal girl. Like one of those high schoolers." His father said.

"Abeoji! You can't say that about my girlfriend like that. Even though she's not rich, as long she makes me happy." Minho said.

"But being rich also makes you happy, son. Just marry his daughter, I met her and she's very polite." His father said.

"So what! My girlfriend is also polite." Minho snapped.

"Look son, I don't approve you and Im Minji. Break up with her."

Minji was at work, serving coffee.

"Enjoy!" She said.
"Thank you."

She smiled and went to the counter.
"You know, I felt like the customer likes you. It's like you're their favorite waitress." Seohyun said.

Minji chuckled.
"Don't say that, Unnie."

"If only Yoona was here, she'll be happy to see the success." She said, frowning.

Minji frowned and sighed.
"If only...."

"Excuse me!"

Minji looked towards at the table, seeing three handsome men.

"Gotta go." Minji whispered.

She walked the table and got out her notepad.

"So, what do you want to order?" She asked.

"Espresso."
"Do you have Bubble Tea?"
"Mocha."

Minji wrote it down but as she looked up.

"Kyungsoo?"

He smiled. "Hey, didn't know you worked here."

Minji giggled.

"You know this girl, DO?"

DO nodded.

"Well then, if your a friend of DO's, then you're our friend as well. I'm Chanyeol." He said.

"I'm Sehun."

Minji giggled, showing a cute smile.

"It's nice to meet you. And about Bubble Tea. What flavor? We have Mango, Strawberry, Taro, Watermelon, Honeydew, and Chocolate." Minji said.

"I'll have Chocolate!" Sehun exclaimed.

Minji giggled.

"Alright. And about the mocha, do you want to add Carmel?" She asked.

Kyungsoo nodded. "Ne!"

Minji smiled.
"Arasso. I'll get your orders ready."

With that said, she left.

"Yah~ She's so nice." Sehun said.

DO chuckled as he shook his head.

"Chanyeol, what do you think?" He asked.

"She does look like Yoona, but different. Maybe Jongin will...." He trailed off.

"That's what I thought. Maybe we can get them together." DO said.

A limo stopped by the cafe shop. Minho quickly got out and went inside the cafe.

He saw Minji helping her customers and he just walked up to her and grabbed her arm.

"Come with me." He said.
"Oppa, I'm working. Can't you see that." Minji said.

"Just come with me." He said, dragging her.

Minji looked at Seohyun, she was a little worried.

"I'll take care of things." Seohyun said.
Minji nodded and Minho let her into his limo.

"Oppa, where are we going?" She asked.

Minho didn't reply back.
"Take us to the park." He said to his driver.

"Ne."

"What was that about?" Sehun asked.
"And who was that guy?" Chanyeol asked.

DO was curious too.

Seohyun walked up to them and started to gather their plates.

"Noona, who was that guy?" Sehun asked.

"Oh, that's Minji's boyfriend. He's the next Heir of the Lee Company. But I don't know why he dragged her out like that." She replied.

"How long have they been dating?" DO asked.
"Since high school. You three weren't there because all 6 of you are at the states, finishing your school credits." Seohyun replied.

"Wait...what school did she go to?" Chanyeol asked.

"SOPA. She was a sophomore there." She replied.

Sehun suddenly snapped his fingers.
"That was when Jongin and I were seniors."

"Thanks, Noona. And it was nice seeing you again." DO said.

Seohyun nodded.
"It was nice seeing you too. And say hi to Jongin for me."

"Ne."

It was quiet between Minho and Minji, since they're in the park.

"Oppa, what's wrong?" Minji asked, breaking the silence.

Minho sighed and turned to her.
"My...Father wants us...to break up." He replied.

Minji's heart nearly stopped.

"W-What?" She uttered.
"My father knows that we're dating and he wants us to break up. And he already arranged me to marry Mr. Bae's Daughter." Minho said.

"You mean, Bae Suzy?" Minji asked.
"Ne, how did you know?" Minho asked back.

"Suzy and I are friends. She didn't know that I was dating you." She replied.

Minho sighed.
"My plan is that....I should marry her and after 2 months, I'll divorce her."

"Ani, don't do that. Suzy is great and she's very polite. She taught me everything that I knew when my parents weren't there for me. So..." Minji said as she was not trying to cry.

"Minji, you know I can't just leave you like this." Minho said.

"But it's for the best for the both of us. You're a rich guy and I'm just an average girl." Minji said.

"But all those things I did for you---" Minji cut him off.

"I won't forget those romantic things you did for me, Minho. I'll never forget that." She said.

Minho sighed out of frustration.

"Then let's run away together. Where no one can find us." He said.
"Are you crazy?! I can't leave Seohyun behind. The cafe belonged to Yoona and I promised her to take care of it." Minji said.

"But Minji...please....I love you." He said.
"I know you do, but it looks like it's not going to work out between us. Let's break up." She said.

Minho's heart shattered at that.
"It's for your company and I give you my blessings to you and Suzy."

With that said, Minji walked back to the cafe while tears were falling on her cheek.
