Feelings

The ride

"Kaydan , come on. The boys are waiting." My mom yelled from downstairs.

I had been currently sitting on my bed. I have been done packing for about ten minutes. I was excited to be going on tour with the guys for a while , trust me. But I was also leaving my life behind. My boyfriend. My job (which I probably wont have after being gone for two months). And my mom. Luke hugged her and headed out for the car.

"Honey you dont have to go. We can-" I cut her off as we were going down the stairs. I didnt want my mom starting to make me cry. Then I would be a hot mess in front of the guys , and I couldn't have that , even though they have all seen me cry.

"Mom. Im going." I held back the tears as she pulled me into a hug.

"We will be fine Mom." Luke called from the front door.

We held it for a while before someone finally said something.

"Kay. Its time to go." I turned around to see Ashton standing by the door.

"Ill be back in two month's I promise. I love you. Bye." I said walking away.

"Love you too." She said softly.

Ashton helped me carry my bags to the trunk and put them in. We piled in the van.
I watched as my mom waved goodbye from the porch.

"Its gonna be fine Kay." I felt a hand lay on top of my thigh. I looked over at Ashton who had said it. I nodded. I had barely noticed where everyone sat. To my left was Ashton and to my right was Calum.
I looked behind me to see Luke and Michael. I knew something was wrong with Michael , but I didnt know it was this bad. One time me and Michael had gotten into a fight and we were both really mad at each other , but we had went on vacation and Michael sat beside me so that I could have something to lay on. I thought Michael was my best friend forever , we made friendship braclets when we were nine and neither of us have tooken them off. He's suppose to be the person I lay my head on to sleep during long car rides.
I was gonna need him for this one long trip.

"Kay?" Luke tapped on my shoulder. I guess I had zoned off while thinking about Michael.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Are you ok? You spaced out for a while."

"How long?"

"Ten minutes." Wow it didn't seem that much. I guess that's what happens when I get to thinking.

"Im okay." I smile. I was lying.

"Promise?" Calum chimes in.

I turn and look at Michael for a brief second. Then turn to Calum. I nodded. "Promise." Truth is that was a lie. I wasnt okay , I knew that , and I'm sure the guys would know sooner or later. Hopefully later though. I dont want to lie to them , but I just have to. I want to know whats wtong with Michael. I cant take it. I mean whats gonna happen to the five of us now? I have find out whats going on. I need to find out soon.

"Kay wake up. We are at the hotel to sleep." I woke up to someone shaking me. I opened my eyes to see Michael. Thank god.

"Michael!" I cried hugging him.

"Woah. Calm down whats wrong?" He asked.

I pulled away and looked at him. "Are you kidding me? You've been ignoring me for two days. Ive been worried sick Mikey. You didnt even sit by me. I had to lean on Ash." I practically yelled.

"Yeah I know. Um... About that." He began but he didnt get to finish. The boys came out from the hotel and peeked into the van.

"You guys lets go. We got the rooms." Luke called from the back of the van.

"Lets go." Michael called.

"Mikey wait!" I chased him out of the van , grabbing my suitcase and running into the hotel. "Michael!" He turned around quickly , about to say something until Calum interrupted.

"Ok guys. There are only two rooms so that means we have to pair up. So Luke and Michael. And then Kaydan , Ashton , and Me. Is that good?" We all nodded.

Michael and Luke quickly went up to their room , leaving me , Ash and Calum in the lobby.

We gathered are things and headed to our room.
