Just Saying

We stopped at a hotel room for a show. The guys split up again , this time Luke wanted to room with me. He was worried about me. Ever since the incident on the bus , Luke has not left my side. I guess its a brother thing. He's being very protective.

The guys were in Calum , Ashton , and Michaels room , they were rehearsing a new song. Ashton said he would call me down after they were done , he said that it was special and they wanted me to hear it first. Whatever that's supposed to mean.
I was sitting on my bed flipping through the channels when there was a knock on the door. I thought that Ash was gonna call me? I turned the television off and walked over to the door. As I opened it , I was pulled into a hug. I pulled out of the hug and looked. It was Clayton.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him hugging him again.

"I couldn't wait two months to see you."

"So you came all the way here? How did you know where we were?" I asked him.

"Luke." He smiled.

"Of course." He leaned down and kissed me. It turned into a make out session though. We had never done this. It felt weird though , but not a good weird. More like a 'I feel nothing' kind of kiss.

I pulled away as my phone started to ring.

"Hello?" I asked wipeing my mouth. He was a very sloppy kisser.

"Kay come down here. We're ready." Ashton said then hanging up. I pulled Clayton's hand and led him down the hall to their room. I opened the door and they all looked at me smiling.

"Um. Clayton came over. Can he stay to listen."

"That would be perfect." Calum said smiling. Ok. Weird.

Me and Clayton sat on one of the beds. Ashton went to his drums and the others picked up their guitars.

"You got a boyfriend and he's a total loser. All your friends tell you that he's got no future but they like me. Just saying. He barely takes you out and if he does he's late. And when the check comes he always makes you pay. I'd never do that , just saying."

Luke began to sing the song. I looked at Clayton who had a confused look on his face. I knew what the guys were doing. Hopefully Clayton doesn't realize what's going on.

"You should leave him cause it really makes me sick , just saying , just saying. You dont need him I'll help you get over it , just saying , just saying. When you change your mind I'll be waiting , cause im better than him , just saying. When you change your mind I'll be waiting , just saying."

They all sang together like this was okay. I looked at Clayton once again , this time he became angry. He figured out what they were doing. I cant believe them.

"Got a big house , he says he lives alone , but when I drove by I could see his mom was home , I got my own place , just saying. He says he loves you , but its all an act , he's seeing someone else right behind your back. I'd never do that. Just saying."

They repeated the chorus twice then the song was over.

"Did you like it?" Michael asked looking at Clayton.

Clayton got up and pulled me with him. He pulled me into my room and locked the door.

"What was that?" He threw me on my bed.

"I dont know. Its a new song. I swear I've never heard it before."

"Liar." He slapped me across the face. Before he could say or fo anything else he was pulled away from me. Luke had pulled him off and hit him. Michael picked me up and carried me to his room. I was holding on to Michael like my life depended on it. He set me down on the bed and ran to the washroom. He came out with a wet rag. He set it on my cheek.

"Why did he hit you?" Michael asked.

"You know why. You sang that stupid song. You guys knew that he was coming , and you sang that song on purpose." I began to cry as Calum , Luke and Ashton came into the room.

"He's not coming back Kay. I promise." I blew off what Luke was saying.

"Who wrote the song?" I asked.
They looked at each other cautiously.

"Who wrote the song?" I asked again.

Michael raised his hand. I got up and tackled him.

"This is your fault Michael. How could you." I was pounding my fist on his chest. He hugged me tight. I was fighting to get out of his grip but he was too strong. I squirmed for a minute but then stopped. I just stopped. I hugged Michael and cried some more.

This was his fault.
