Shawn Spencer: Psychic detective that works for the Santa Barbara Police Department. Partners with Gus. Immature, Cocky, Funny, Showoff, Slackish, Not actually a psychic. He has a rare gift called Photographic Memory, which allows him to observe and see things that others can't or can't find right away. His dad was training his skills so his observations would be sharper.
Burton Guster (Gus): partners with Shawn. Has two jobs and always tries to get the girls. Smart, Funny, Scared, Serious (sometimes)
Juliet O'Hara: Detective for the Santa Barbara Police Department. In later seasons she is Shawn's girlfriend. Partners with Lassie. Her father is a con-artist; someone who cheats or tricks others by persuading them to believe something that is not true. Her brother is in the military.
Carlton Lassiter: Head Detective of Santa Barbara Police Department. Partners with Juliet O'Hara. Doesn't like Shawn or Gus. Takes his job very, very seriously
Henry Spencer: Shawn's dad. Former police. Helps Shawn and Gus during some cases
Chief Vick: Chief of the department
Woody: Doctor analyst
McNabb: An officer. Friends with everyone.
