Chapter 44: Frost Castle-

We didn't do anything in the room we were sleeping in. We watched movies and talked about what he's been doing on his journey and such. I asked him how he knew where I was and said Shauna told him I was in the lost hotel after saving her. It feels so good to have her forgiveness, but now I have to make sure the boys forgive me as well

"You ready?" Calem asked me after we got dress to go to the Frost Castle or Cavern. I nodded nervously and held his hand to walk to the Pokémon Center.

"Welcome! Oh! Young lady! Why aren't you covered enough!?" Nurse May asked. I was wearing a white skirt with a sleeveless pink shirt, my white scarf Calem gave me as a present, and my boots.

"Sorry, I'm not really cold" I made sure all my hair was inside the black beanie I had on to make sure my hair wouldn't change color or grow. Nurse May held her hips.

"You can catch frostbite! I advice you to wear some pants!" I pouted. Calem pet my head. I just stared at the small hairs coming from his beanie turning from white to black. I wonder why bonding was the cause of this.

"She just needs a few things, we're close to home, so it won't take that long," he said. She sighed and nodded

"Okay, have it your way" we giggled together and went over to the PC to call the Fossil Lab. The man scientist picked up almost immediately

"Hi!" I smiled brightly "I'm ready for the transfer!" He nodded with a big smile

"That's fantastic!"

"How much should I pay you?" Calem whistled and walked away. Huh?

"Payment for babysitting has already been paid" my jaw dropped as I leaned on the screen.

"By who!?" He pointed behind me. I gave Calem the evil eye, he flinched.

"What did I say about paying for me!?" He laughed and hugged me from behind

"Sorry, princess! But I can't help but pay for you!"

"Get off me" he raised his arms with a laugh. I rolled my eyes a little annoyed and amused. Being a princess isn't easy, even if I don't have my crown yet "anyways!" I looked back at the scientist "since the payment was done, wait, how much did he pay?" Calem hugged me from behind and covered my mouth, shocking me

"Don't tell her! Just send over Wonder!" My eyes widened

"Mm!!" No! Tell me how much he paid!!

"Already on it! I'll send Wonder's Pokéball to the Pokémon Center you are calling me from!" The scientist waves before hanging up. Calem let go of me while laughing. I glared at him before pointing.

"How much did you pay for Wonder!?" He just kept laughing. I was pissed. Not that pissed but really annoyed

"Please don't make me say it!" I held my hips and lifted my chin

"Tell me at once!" He pouted and bowed for me, making me flinch "don't bow for me!" I whined. He laughed and stood up.

"Only about 5,000 poké dollars! No big deal!" I glared more at him. He went over to the PC and picked up a Pokéball "don't make that face. You have Wonder with you now. It's time to go home!" I sighed and smiled, taking the Pokéball he gave me.

"Okay... I'm ready..." I threw the ball and watched Wonder appearing in front of me. He shook his head and looked around confused. He only grew very little since I first restored him. He only grew about 5 inches, that's all! He's still smaller than the average Amaura, but he's still my little baby!

"Wonder!" Wonder looked at me and cheered before blowing an icy wind on my face like he always does for a greeting. My beanie fell off my head as my hair turned white and grew longer. I giggled and hugged his neck happily "it's good to see you too! We're almost home! Are you ready for your surprise!?"
