Ch12-Exploding Hearts

Wednesday

Aphmaus P.O.V.

I wake up late today, I rush to get ready, Oh my Irene my alarm clock hasn't gone off for the past few mornings. I have a shower, pull my hair in a messy bun with a purple flower. It is going to get really cold today so I wear my dark blue jeans, black ankle boots, a purple fluffy jumper and a woolen white infinity scarf. I put on mascara, eyeliner and lemon lipgloss. I put everything I need for the day in my bag and I see that it is raining again. I grab my umbrella and a smoothie and I head out the door.

When I get to scoop I head straight to my locker. I look at my schedule, science, great I actully like this subject. I grab my stuff and run to the science lab. I get there with a minut to spare. I go into the classroom and sit down. Jeffory walks in and he decides to sit next to me.

After a few minutes the teacher walks in. He tells us that there are a few announcements he needs to make.

"First of all there is going to be a school camp coming up pretty soon" he says

"And there will also be a Halloween dance, so better start asking people out, if you ask lots of people my e one will actully say yes" he says laughing

"Thanks for the support" Jeffory says sarcastically

"No problem, anyway let's get on to what we are supposed to be doing" the teacher replys

He hands out a sheet with an experiment and he tells us to get into pairs. Jeffory asks me if I want to go with him and I agree.

We start the experiment. Our experiment is to make a small froth out of vinegar and bicarb soda. While doing the experiment Jeffory accidentally pours in all the biacarb soda and we end up with a massive explosion.

*1 hour time skip*

We finally finished cleaning up and I was trying to pick perishes of white gunk out of my hair when Jeffory comes up behind me.

"Hey sorry about that" he says

"Don't worry it's fine" I laugh

"Hey I was wondering if you wanted to come to my house to see Abbey tonight?" He asks

"Sure, I would love to" I reply

The bell for lunch goes and we all walk out of the clean classroom.

Zane's P.O.V.

Ok so my last few plans haven't turned out to well but it dosen't matter. I have a brand new plan. The Halloween dance is coming up and I can ask Aphmau to go with me.

"Hey guys who is going to the dance" I hear one of the popular girls ask

Oh no, my plan could possibly be ruined. If the other guys who like Aphmau want to ask her then she could say yes and not go with me. Damn well I just meet to beat them in the chase. I stand up and walkover to Aphmau. I tap her on the shoulder and ask her if I hcan talk to her alone. She nods and stands up. We go outside the cafeteria to the garden.

"Aphmau you know how the Halloween dance is coming up right?" I say

"Yeah" she replys

"I was wondering if you wanted to go with me?" I ask

"Umm... I don't know if I will go yet but I will think about it" she says nervously

"Ok, please tell me soon" I say

"Will do" she says smiling and she walks back to the cafeteria

Well she didn't flat out reject me so hey I still have a chance right? Well my plan is off to a start, not exactly what I expected but atleast I have a plan b. HaHaHa.

*Time skip to after school*

Jeffory's P.O.V.

I'm waiting for Aphmau to come out of the school. She is coming to my house to see Abbey, ok I lied Abbey is staying with my mum today and she won't be home for a week so I'm home alone. I just wanted an excuse for Aphmau to come over to my house.

When I see her walking towards me she looked so beautiful. Her eyes shone in the sun. Her hair looked so silky and smooth and her lips looked so soft and kissable. Wait did I really just think that? Anyway she comes up to me and thanks me for waiting.

We begin to walk to my house and she is telling me a bit about her life before she came here. She says that she went to a very big school and she had a group of friends. Her parents mysteriously disappeared a month ago and she decided to move schools and negbourhoods because she didn't have enough money to pay for her house and school. She also dosnt have any siblings but she has two cousins called Levin and Malachi.

When we get to my house I take her inside and she puts her bag down. I tell her that abbey isn't here and I tricked her. She bursts out laughing.

"I knew you where lying, remember when we first met? You said that you are spending time with Abbey because in a week she was going to your mums place" she says through laughing

"Oh you knew, wait then why did you come?" I ask suprised

"Because I wanted to get to know you, you didn't have to trick me" she says while laughing he beautiful laugh

We divide to play monopoly bcease its raining outside. I make a bet with her.

"If I win you have to kiss me on the cheek" I say

"W-what?" She says and turns bright red

"Oh we don't have to play if you are to chicken" I say slyly

"Bring it! But if I win you have to ding-dong-ditch the house next door and purposely get caught" she says

Damn now I have to win this, if I loose my mum will find out what I did and she will kill me.

"You are so on" I say confidentially

We start playing and straight off the bat I manage to get in front. I don't get to comfy and I keep playing my hardest. Aphmau I trying to win but she I loosing. Suddenly the tables turn and Aphmau end up in front. The I end up in front and then she does. At the end of the game I am almost to scared to see who won because at this rate it could have been anyone.

"Jeffory?" Aphmau says

"Y-yeah?" I say terrified

"You won" she says looking down

OH MY IRENE, THIS IS SUCH A RELIEF. Wait this means that Aphmau has to kiss me on the cheek. Yes. I mentally fistbump.

"Hey Aphmau, you know what this means right?" I say smirking

"Oh Irene, fine" she says with a sigh

She leans in and kisses me on the cheek. It felt like electricity ran through me. It was amazing. She pulls back and starts to speak.

"Don't you dare tell anyone I just did that" she says pretending to be angry

"Wouldn't dream of it" I say laughing

She bursts out laughing and we just sit there laughing together for the next few minutes.
