Aphmau's P.O.V.
I slowly open me eyes and Raven is floating over me. I scream out of fright and jump up. Lucinda runs over to my and glares at Raven. I try to catch my breath. Raven apologises and gives me an apologetic look.
Lucinda uses witchcraft to make some breakfast and we enjoy our food. We all decide that we will need to get changed today and take a bath. Not together though haha. Lucinda can make baths with hot water appear.
I go into one of the houses for privacy and I take a really quick bath. I then get out and I put on some new clothes. I wear a purple dress that goes to my knees, a pair of silver flats and my amethyst necklace.
I apply mascara, winged eyeliner and pancake flavoured lipgloss. I brush my hair and pull it into a messy bun. I spray on some perfume and brush my teeth. When I am done getting ready I go join everyone else in the main hall.
We discuss what our plan is and we decide to search the village. While we are talking I notice that Raven seems to be hovering over me. He is really attached to my. It's kind of cute but also kind of creepy.
We head into the village and I look through Arli's old house, I still don't know why this village was abandoned. I look through Arli's bedroom and I find some papers. Hmmm these look really old. I open one up and I see that they are love notes.
I read one and I find out that it was sent from someone named Zaro to Arli. This village sure has some weird names. I read through it and then I read the date it was sent. I put it down and I keep looking.
I go into the front room and there is a paper that is held to the wall by a knife. I carefully take out the knife and I read the note. It is a death notice.

Death notice:
Arli von ledger was found dead in her house this morning. She had stab wounds in her stomach and words carved into her arm. The words read "You Deserved This". A further investigation will be held to discover the murderer.

Aphmau's P.O.V.
I'm starting to think that there is more to this story than just the fact that Raven was betrayed. I read the death notice on this and I realise that it is about three weeks after she received the love notes.
I wonder if they are connected. I think I need to ask Raven what day he died. Suddenly I feel a cold presence behind me and I turn around. I see Raven looking at me sadly.
"You scared me" I say laughing a little
"I'm sorry, what do you have there?" He asks
"A few notes and such, I need to ask you something" I say
"What is it?" He replies
"Well I was wondering what day you died?" I say
His face gets darker and he faces the ground.
"March the 15th 1896" he whispers
"THATS TWO WEEKS AFTER THE LETTERS!" I yell shocked
"What letters?" He asked
"This is all making sense. Raven there is more to your story than just the fact that you where killed" I say
"What are you talking about?" He says and he grabs my shoulders
He can actually touch me. I feel he's freezing hands on my arms and I don't move. He looks me right in my eyes.
"Ummm, can you please let go?" I ask
"Y-Yeah sorry" he says
"Now, I found some letters that are addressed to Arli. The date on them X a few weeks before you where killed" I say "I'm guessing she was in a relationship with someone else while she was with you. To cover that up sue had you killed. Later when you where dead the guy she was with found out about her cheating and killed her"
"Wow really? That makes a lot of sense actually, so I was killed as a cover up?" He asks
Suddenly there is a red light and I hear someone land on the floor next to me. It's Raven, only he is human. I can touch him and he feels warm.
"You're human?" I say
"Yeah, I guess that's what I needed to finish, discover the whole truth about my death." He say
He hugs me tightly
"Thank you Aphmau" he says
We go and join everyone and I explain what happened. They breath a sigh of relief and we discuss going home. We ask if Raven knows where Phoenix Drop is.
"I do but Aphmau needs to stay here" Raven says
"What why?" I say confused
"You will take Arli's place. You look like her, you can be her, this place is my home and it will be yours" he says
"No way" Garroth says standing in front of me
"That isn't going to happen" Laurance says backing up Garroth
"Raven I'm sorry but no way in nether" I say
"Why not?" He asks
"Because I have a home to go back to" I explain
"Hmm then I shall come with you" Raven says
"No way" Zane says
"Either that or I force Aphmau to stay here" Raven say
Lucinda pulls out her wand and casts a spell on him.
"This is 2016 you can't do that" She says
"There is different rules?" He says confused
"Yes there is, now we are going" Cadenza says
"Wait, I'm sorry, please take me with you I don't want to be alone" he says
We all discuss it and agree that he should come with us. We start driving following the dirt road. We drive well into the sunset and decide to sleep in the cover of the woods. I still feel a little creeped out but I'm slowly getting over it. I still want to know why the town is abandon though.
