Ch48-The Prince

Monday Afternoon

Aphmau's P.O.V.

I'm currently in prince Fenrir's room and he is telling me a bit about himself and his kingdom. I am in the southeastern wolf tribe kingdom which is not far from Pheonix drop. The King of the wolf trivpbe was looking for a bride for his son because the King is getting old and needs to give the crown to his son. 

His son can only be crowned King if he is married which is a stupid rule. Now I have to marry the prince and if I don't then I could be killed. I also found out that the King has become corrupted and his son has to. 

Fenrir likes classical music, romantic movies and wine tasting. He is like a teenage girl mixed with an old man. I still haven't spoken to him and I don't plan to. After a few hours you think he would have run out of things to say but he is still going strong.

I turn to face him and he moves a bit closer to me. This is really uncomfortable.

"At least tell me your name" he says softly

I can feel all the anger well up inside me but I still haven't snapped which is suprising.

"We are going to be sharing a room and a bed, you have to speak eventually" he says

THAT'S IT!

"My name is Aphmau and you are sleeping on the couch" I say and I walk out the door

Hmph he is so rude. I will never marry him. I feel someone grab my arm and I turn around

"Fenrir leave me al-" I start to say "Wait you aren't Fenrir"

It's a gaurd with green eyes and brown hair. He has a mask covering the bottom part of his face.

"No I'm not, do I look stuck up and Rotten to you?" He says and he looks a little offended

"S-Sorry" I say looking down

"It's fine, now tell me why are you running?" He asks

"Oh you know the usual, just trying to avoid that one prince that wants to marry you only because you don't look half bad" I say sarcastically

"Wait are you the person Fenrir is going to marry?" he says shocked

"No, only because I'm not going to marry him" I say confidentally 

"Your crying" he says

"W-what?" I say and I put a hand up to my cheek. 

It's true I am crying. I shut my eyes and I look down. This is really embarrassing.

"Want to talk about it?" He asks

"Promise you won't tell anyone" I say

"Promise" he replies

We walk outside to the main court yard and I explain to him what happend and a bit about my life Bedford I came here. I told him about my parents and my dancing. I told him about my school and my friends.

"Wait you go to Pheonix Drop High, do you know someone named Garroth?" He asks me

"Yeah I do, we are actully neighbors, I know his brother Zane as well, why do you know them?" I reply

"Yes I do, I jvnt told you my name, it's Vylad, Garroth and Zane are my brothers" he says

"Wow really?" I ask him shocked

"Yeah, we were all really close as kids but we grew apart and I was kidnapped and I became a gaurd here" he says

"I see" I say looking down
