Ch177-The Wax Museum

 Tuesday

Aphmau's P.O.V.

We wake up to Dante running into the girls room and getting a few pillows, backs and water bottles thrown at him.

"WHAT THE NETHER DANTE?!" Katelyn yells

"It was a dare from Garroth" he says rubbing his forehead

"GARROTH RO'MEAVE GET YOU BUT IN HERE!" Lucinda yells

"Hello everyone" Garroth says nervously walking in and smiling awkwardly

"Why did you dare Dante to try and get himself killed?" Nicole asks

"Because we where playing truth or dare" Garroth says

"I think it was pretty funny" I say

"Next time dare Laurence so we get to hit him" Cadenza says

"YOU ALREADY DO!" We hear Laurence yell from his room

"SHUT UP LAURENCE" Cadenza yells back

I laugh and the boys go back to their room. We get ready for the day. Luckily the bathrooms are inside the building we are sleeping in so that's good. I grab my bag and head to the showers. The showers are very clean and nice.

I take a shower and wash my hair. Then I get out and dry my hair off. I brush my hair and pull it into a side braid. I get dressed in a pair of denim shorts, a purple t-shirt and my purple high tops. I apply mascara, eyeliner and wild berry lipgloss. I spray on my perfume and brush my teeth.

When I finish getting ready I pack away all of my things into my suitcase and put it in the car. I join everyone for breakfast which is some toast with different spreads. Nicole and Katelyn have an argument over wether it is called Peanut butter or peanut paste.

We finish up breakfast and Cadenza tells everyone where we are going today. We don't have very much driving to do today so we don't need to mentally prepare ourselves for hours of driving. It tuns out we are very close to Metelli.

Cadenza says that she has one stop planned for today but it is a surprise for everyone. We finish up washing the dishes and then we get in the cars to drive. The forest is very beautiful in the early morning. Although it is very cold.

We are all having a discussion over out favourite songs which is nice. Especially since no one is arguing. Well maybe a few minor disagreements but no one has been murdered so that's plus.

Cadenza tells us to drive to the motel we are staying at first because we need to check in by 10:00am. We arrive and check in. We unpack our things and then Cadenza takes us on a walk to go to the surprise.

I look around and everyone looks a little nervous. Aaron is walking very close to me and he looks like he wants to say something.

"I wonder where she is taking us" I say to him

"Y-yeah me to, hey can I ask you something?" He says

"Of course" I say

"Do you ever feel weird, like with the amount of power you have?" He asks

"Well sometimes, it can be a bit overwhelming but I'm always glad to have friends to support me" I say

He smiles and looks a little relieved. I wonder why? Maybe he is worried about me? No I don't think so, he knows I can take care of myself. He continues walking alongside me and I notice that the aura here feels much clearer.

Lucinda and Kawaii-Chan seem to have noticed it to. The presence is much nicer here. I'm guessing it's becuase we don't have as many people with magiks, werewolves, vampires or anyone with a bad presence here. Phoenix drop has a good aura but it can be worse on some days. The aura here is really calm.

We arrive outside a big white building. I have no idea what this is. Laurence seems to because he is very pale and he whispers something to Garroth.

"So as you can see we are here, now I want to tell you where we are" Cadenza says

"That would be much appreciated" Nicole says

"But I think I should wait for us to go inside" she says

We all sigh and follow her. When we get inside I immediately know where we are. I read about his place. It is a wax museum.

It is a place of life size wax figurines of all different things. It may sound cool but it is really creepy. Cadenza signs us in and she takes us through the hall of wax figurines. We are allowed to take photos so we do.

I find them all really creepy and their eyes seem to follow you where ever you go. At the end of the hall I want to take a photo with Cadenza. The wax figurines are Sailor Moon which is an anime Cadenza and I watch.

We take a few photos and all of a sudden Laurence jumps out of nowhere and scares us. We freak out and Cadenza slaps him. We spend the next five minutes apologising and making sure he is ok. He laughs it off at tells Cadenza she can really hit.

We leave the museum. I have mixed emotions about it. It was fun but also very creepy and weird. I don't really want to go back again though.

When we get back to the motel it is dusk and we go out for dinner. We have some pizza at this fancy Italian place and then we go back to the motel. Celestia is very happy with all the attention she is getting. My phone dings with a message and I open it. It is from the mysterious person who knows about my powers and Irene.

Well that was a little weird but they gave me some very valuable information. If they have a strong magikal presence then it should be a little easier to find them. They aren't on this trip though. I know that much. Now I sound probably be getting to sleep so I have energy for tomorrow.
