Aphmau's P.O.V.
Today is the final day of us being in O'Khasis. I'm a little sad becuase this has been the most fun I have ever had. I look outside and I see that it has snowed a lot. Right now I'm in the living room just hanging out when Zane runs in excited.
"GUY'S I HAVE SOMETHING WE CAN DO TODAY!" He says excitedly
We all turn to look at him.
"What?" I ask
"Just dress warm, it's a surprise" he says and smirks
We don't really have anything to do so we listen to him.
I head into my room and I change my clothes. I wear black pants, I white top and a white jumper with a hood. I wear black boots that are made for walking in snow. I brush my hear and I leave it down for some extra warmth.
When I'm done I head beck into the main room where everyone else is ready. For some reason Zane isn't here.
"Wasn't this Zane's idea?" I ask
"He said he will be here in a couple of minutes, he just needs to do something" Garroth replies
We wait for a little while and Zane comes in. He takes my hand and he pulls me. Garroth and Vylad follow us. He takes us to the park and looks at us excitedly.
The park is covered in snow and the lake has frozen over. We look at him confused.
"Alright why are we here?" Garroth asks
"Well...." He says mischievously
"Come on just tell us" I say
"In the park today they are having an ice sculpture competition and I want to enter" Zane says
"Are you kidding me?" Garroth says
"I don't know it does sound kind of fun" I say
"Or should you say COOL" Zane says
"No..." Vylad says
"Wow..." I say
"That was really bad" Garroth says unamused
"Anyway let's go and start" Zane says dragging us
We roll our eyes and follow him. He takes us to this small part in the park where they have a bunch of people carving ice. He enters us in the competition and we get chisels and this really big block of ice.
"What should we sculpt?" Zane asks
"No idea" I say
"How about a tree?" Garroth says
"Sure" Zane replies
We start carving the ice and by the time it is done it actully looks really good. Vylad and I need to keep a close eye on Garroth and Zane so they don't go crazy with the sharp tools. We take a step back and look at it.
The judges are looking around and they come to our tree. They write down their scores and walk off. I feel really nervous. They start handing out ribbons and our tree gets a second place ribbon. We all hug eachother and we are really happy for this place.
Just then someone throws a snowball at me and it hits my nose. I look around to see who did it and I see a group of boys and girls and they are laughing. I grab some snow and I make some snowballs. I thow them back.
Garroth, Zane and Vylad seem t get what's going on and they star throwing snowballs. The kids fire back and pretty soon the whole park is a battlefield of snowballs. We are all laughing and having fun. Pretty soon my fingers are cold and I can't move them.
We decide to stop and we head out of the park. We head to a cafe and have some hot chocolate. When we have finished our hot chocolate we begin to walk back to the hotel when we see a place that lends ice skates for people who want to skate on the lake.
We all rent some ice skates and we put them on. The lake is thick enough to skate on so we don't need to worry about the ice cracking. Garroth and I are helping eachother becuase we are very wobbly. I find it hard to skate on ice like this becuase it's more slippery that the ice in places with ice rinks.
Zane is actully really good which suprises me. A bunch of girls are watching him and giggling. I roll my eyes. It's fun to watch Zane get some attention becuase most of the time girls pay attention to Garroth.
He comes up to us and he takes my hand. He pulls me along and it's really fun. I can see the envious glares from the fangirls.
When we have finished ice skating Zane drags us to a frozen yougurt place. I think he is crazy for wanting frozen yougurt in this weather but I still go with him.
We all get frozen yogurt and hang out in the store. We talk about this trip and how fun it has been. None of us want to go back to school on Monday but we have to which is so annoying.
When we have finished our frozen yougurt we head back to the hotel. I go into my room and Vylad says he needs to speak with me.
I accept and he comes it's my room. He sits down on my bed and I sit next to him.
"What's up?" I ask him
"It has been so fun to hang out with you the past few days" he says holding my hand
"Thankyou..." I say nervously
"I want to something really memorable" he says
"Like what?" I ask
He leans over to me and he kisses me. Before I can do anything he has pulled away. He hugs me and then leaves my room. I'm not exactly shocked, it's just, I didn't expect Vylad to be so brave.
