MONDAY. I HATE MONDAYS!! I force myself out of bed and I take a shower. I get dressed in purple leggings and a blue shirt-dress and black boots. I brush my teeth and I put my hair in a side braid. I put on mascara and eyeliner. I put on caramel lip all and perfume.
I head downstairs and I grab all the things I will need for school. I turn on the TV. When I turn it on I see that the news about Missy's house hasn't died down. I wonder if we will be caught. I sure hope not. I turn off the TV and I head off to school.
When I get to school I can feel the excitement. Wait what? It's Monday why is everyone excited? I put my stuff in my locker and I go and check the notice board. Today is Volunteer day. Apparently we will be pared up with a group and we will go to a certain place and help there. For free might I add. We are all told to go to the gym so I do and I sit with Lucinda.
The principal comes to the stage and starts to,tell us the groups. I'm in a group with Jeffory and Sky. Luckily I didn't get anyone that I don't like. We all get into our groups and we are given a price of paper that tells us where we will be working.
We are going to work at an orphanage. Jeffory has a little sister so he will be good with children and I have volunteered at orphanages before.
"Jeffory this is perfect" I say
"I know I was just thinking that" Jeffory said
"How is thi perfect?" Sky asked
"Aphmau and I are really good with children" Jeffory stated
"O-oh ok" sky says looking away
I wonder what's wrong with him? Oh well. We all have to walk to our places where we will be volunteering. We begin to walk to the orphanage. Jeffory and I are talking about Abbey and Sky is on his phone. I wonder if something is wrong with him, he seems really down. Maybe he dosnt like children that much.
Sky's P.O.V.
I'm really annoyed right now, and really jealous. Jealous of how close Jeffory and Aphmau are. I have know Aphmau for years and this guy just comes in and thinks he can take her. Well I won't stand for it. This guy wants a challenge then he can get one.
We finally get to the orphanage and we knock on the door. An old lady with grey hair answers the door.
"Hello I'm Amythest and I will be helping you today" she says "Please follow me"
We follow her into the orphanage. It is actully really nice in here and I really like it. Amythest takes us to the main room where all the children are. We are asked to introduce our selves.
"Hello there, my name is Aphmau and I'm really happy to meet all of you" Aphmau says smiling
"Hello, I'm Jeffory" Jeffory says
"And I'm sky" I say
One of the kids puts his hand up and he asks aAphmau a question.
"Aphmoo is Jeffory your boyfriend?" He says
The other kids giggle. I don't know why but I feel really jelous. Why couldn't they have mistook me for Aphmau's boyfriend?
"Not yet" I hear Jeffory whisper
"N-no he isn't my boyfriend" Aphmau says trying to sound calm
Damn, she is really cute...
After we have finished all the greetings Aphmau and Jeffory are asked to go to the kitchen to help with cooking the food. Why is it always like that. Those two together. Sometimes I wish we could go back to our old school so it would just be Aphmau and I and a group of people no don't have a crush on her.
One of the staff members says:
"They are such a cute couple"
Why does it hurt so much? Why can't people mistake me and Apmau together? I think that on our break I should ask Keffory what he is to Aphmau.
Aphmau's P.O.V.
I'm in the kitchen washing some dishes when Jeffory blows some bubbles from the sink onto me.
"This means war" I say and I blow some back
When we have finished blowing bubbles on each other and cleaning up we go out of the kitchen to the brake room. Sky is already there.
"Jeffory can I talk To you?" He says
"Sure" Jeffory replies.
They walk out of the room into the hallway. I'm tossing up between eavesdropping or not but I decide not to. I trust them both.
Jeffory's P.O.V.
I wonder what Sky wants to talk about? I walk into the hallway with him and he stops and looks at me.
"What is Aphmau to you?" He asks
"W-What?" I say shocked
"What is Aphmau to you?" He repeats
"Well... I guess she is my crush but I think she returns the feelings" I say confidentally
"Dude, back off I saw her first" Je says defensively
"Oh do you like Aphmau?" I say teasingly
"Yes, now leave her alone, I know her more that you do" He says
"Is that a challenge?" I say
"W-What?!" He says shocked
"I'll get to know Aphmau more than you ever will" I say and I walk back into the break room.
When I get in the break room I hug Aphmau from behind which makes Sky angry.
"J-Jeffory?" Aphmau says confused
"Shh, just let it happen" I whisper
"Did you get that from that anime I asked you to watch?" She says giggling
"Yes, no regrets" I say and I let her go
After our break is over we head to the lunch room to supervise the little kids. Suddenly a piece of bread is thrown. Oh no...
This sparks an all out food fight.
Aphmau's P.O.V.
An all out food war is happening and I don't know what to do. Suddenly a carrot comes flying towards me and sky jumps Infront of me. He protects me. Suddenly the kids all stop and I know why.
Amythest is standing at the door with a bowl of soup on her head. We all clean up the lunchroom and then the volunteers get to go home.
Today was such an eventful day. But I really enjoyed spending it with Jeffory and Sky. I had so much fun today.
