Aphmau's P.O.V.

I get up quickly. I'm really excited about school today. I think I have found that I actually really like school. It is a place where I can talk with all my friends. I know I will always see my friends there. Anyway I should probably get up.

I get out of bed and skip to the shower. I wash myself and then get out. I get dressed in a pair of black pants, a blue t-shirt and a thin purple scarf with butterflies on it. I put on purple flats and then I brush my teeth.

I brush my hair and with a lot of bobby pins I manage to put it in a neat but on top of my head. I put in a purple hairpin which is really pretty. I apply mascara, eyeliner and blood orange lipgloss. I spray on some candy apple perfume.

O head to the kitchen and I make some breakfast for myself and Celestia. Today I am having bacon which is absolutely amazing. Celestia loves bacon to. Don't I say that every time I make bacon?

Anyway I finish my breakfast and clean up. Then I pack my bag for school and I head off. I feel like today could go two ways. I feel really good right now but things change quickly around here. Even though it's a nice day and it seems positive something bad could happen.

I might just be putting to much thought into it but I really feel like today might change. Nah it will all be fine. I know exactly what is going on at school and we don't have anything bad there. Well except Yun, Asher, Missy... Why am I here again?

Anyway, after all of that thinking I a, at school. I put all my things in my locker and I get out my stuff for my science class. You know what I should do" ask around incase anyone knows who that puppy belongs to.

I walk around and ask a few people if they are missing a brown dog with white spots or if they know anyone who is. Apparently no one knows who's puppy it is. I should probably just wait and see if anyone else arrives at school. Not everyone is here yet and it might belong to someone else.

I head to my class and just as the bell goes I take a seat next to Dante and Katelyn. The atmosphere in here is really excited. I wonder why?

"Ok class today we have a new student" the teacher says

Well that would explain the excitement.

"His name is Gene please welcome him to our class" as Gene, Dante's brother walks in

Dante looks completely shocked and so do I. After everything he has done he has the guts to show his face again? I don't get this guy at all. But now he goes to our school, this can't be good.

*Time Skip To Lunch*

Aphmau's P.O.V.

We are sitting in the cafeteria eating out food when I notice it of the corner of my eye Zenix and Lillian talking to Gene. I use eye signals to tell Lucinda and she looks at them suspiciously. I wonder what they are talking about.

"Hey Dante, did you know your brother was coming?" Cadenza asks Dante

"No I didn't, he hasn't been home for weeks" Dante replies

"I'm guessing he is up to something" I say

"Knowing him probably" Dante agrees

"Now, Now you shouldn't talk bad about the new student" a voice in my ear says

I turn around and see Gene smirking. Before he does anything else we all grab out food and go sit outside. We continue discussing what he could be doing talking with Lillian and Zenix.

Garroth's P.O.V.

Zenix is one of my best friends. Before Aphmau was here we were really close. After Aphmau came I started becoming closer with Laurance, Dante and the others. I guess he might have felt left out because now he is with Gene.

Aphmau's P.O.V.

We continue to talk about everything until the bell goes. I go to my maths class and I notice Gene is in my class. I sit as far away from him as I can. I don't usually have a lesson with the same person more than once.

I sit through math class all the way until I get to go home. I swear to Irene I almost fell asleep. When I get out of school I walk back with Garroth, Zane and Vylad. When we get home I tell them about the puppy but they say that they don't know any ting about it.

I go inside my house and I call Celestia. I grab some dog food and we go to see the little brown dog. We reach the clearing and I let Celestia off the leash. They play around and I put some food down.

While the brown dog is eating I check his collar. It doesn't have an address only a name. This dogs name is shadow. Hmmm what an interesting name. They play around for a bit and I hear some footsteps approaching.

Shadow starts growling and barking. I calm him down and someone walks out from the trees. Gene...

"So kitty, I see you found my dog" Gene says

"Huh, nice to see you take care of your dogs by leaving them in the forest" I reply

He shoots a glare at me

"Well if you don't mind I'll be taking MY dog back" he says reaching out for Shadow

Shadow bites his hand and he jumps back in pain. I try to hide a laugh. That's called instant karma. Gene gets up and smirks.

"Well I'll be back tomorrow for my dog, take care of him" he says smirking and walks off

That guy ugh... But he did seem genuinely worried about Shadow. Hmm maybe he isn't a bad guy. Wait no he helped to kill me. I can't let Shadow have a master like him. Shadow won't leave the forest because I still need to earn his trust. I guess I'll come back tomorrow then.
