Ch16-The Library

Tuesday

Aphmau's P.O.V.

Ugh I'm stuck in music. At least I have Zane in this class. I love music but the way they teach it at school makes you want to cut up all your headphones, smash your speakers and delete all your music and apps. Zane taps me on the shoulder and I turn to him.

"Hey Aphmau, want to come to the library with me safer school?" He whispers 

"Sure,I would love to" I say back smiling

The teacher catches me talking and makes me get up Infront of everyone and play cello since we are learning about stringed instruments. I think her plan was to embarrass me Infront of the class except I have played cello for 12 years now. I get up and take a seat next to the cello. I take the cello off its stand and I begin to play. (Music is video at the top). When I finish I put the cello back on the stand and I walk back to my seat smiling. 

The bell for lunch goes and we all leave the classroom. I head to my locker where Barney is waiting for me.

"Hellos Aphmau, Ross is aways today, he is sicks" he says

"Oh ok, I hope he feels better soon" I reply concerned 

We walk to the cafeteria together and walk to the cafeteria. About halfway through lunch Zenix stands up on his chair and asks for everyone's attention. We all turn to him and he says that he has something he wants to say. He tells Kiki to come to him and she does, clearly confused.

"Kiki from the moment I saw you, I had a crush on you, so I was wondering is you would be my girlfriend?" He asks her

Her jaw drops and tears a forming in her eyes.

"Yes, I will" she says

The whole cafeteria claps and smiles. Well except the popular girls who are jelous of Kiki and au that a nerd and a popular should not be together. I just roll my eyes, who cares if you date someone out of you friendship group.

The bell for the next class goes and Kiki and Zenix walk out hand in hand. I head to my locker and look at my schedule, I have magiks up next. I grab my spell book and pencil case and I head off to my class. When I get there I see Jeffory sitting alone so I sit next to him.

"This seat taken?" I ask him putting my stuff down

"It is now" he replys

We talk about what we think we are doing in this lesson today. Jeffory says that we are probably doing some barrier magiks but I say animation magiks. Someone walks into the room and I look at the door hoping to see Molly who also takes this class but instead I see Asher. I sigh and turn back to Jeffory.

Jeffory's P.O.V.

I see Asher walk through the door and He sits in the desk behind us. I remember when my friends and I decided that we wouldn't let him hurt Aphmau. My over protective instincts kick in and I put my arm around Aphmau.

I whisper something funny in her ear to try and cheer her up.

"Hey Aph, a computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing" I whisper in her ear

Aphmau bursts out laughing and I can hear Asher growling behind us. The teacher walks into the classroom and tells us that we will be learning about defence magiks. He tells us that we will need to get into groups of two or three and read this sheet that he will give us. He picks out the groups for us because he believes that way we will all work. Like dude I'm more likely to work with my friends than some fangirl or stranger.

He puts Aphmau and I I'm a group together. YES!! But he also puts Asher in our group. NO!! Oh well I just have to keep him apart from Aphamu. He sits on the left of me while Aphmau is on my right. I still have my arm around Aphmau and I have no intention of removing it anytime soon.

*Time skip to after school at the library*

Aphmau's P.O.V.

I'm at the library waiting for Zane. I notice that Emalyn and Kenmur are sitting usually close together. I walk up to them and ask if that pu are dating.

"Y-yes we are" Emalyn says

"Really? How long have you been dating?" I ask

"About a month now" Kenmur says

"Well I think you are very cute together" I smile

"Thanks" they say and then kiss

I leave before it gets awkward. I see Zane and I walk up to him.

"Hey Zane" I say

"Hey Aphmau" he replys

We go and get the books that he needs. I see a book on magiks and I decide to borrow it. We walk to the front desk and borrow the books. After we do that we walk home. I say that he can come over to my house for some tea and he agrees.

We are sitting inside having some peppermint tea and chocolate chip cookies and we are talking about what's going on with us now, when he asks me about Asher.

"Sigh, Asher was my boyfriend for about nine months. We where originally part of the same freindship group. It was Asher, Jin, Ross, Barney, Sky, Meghan, Julia and I. When Ross, Barney, Sky and Jin moved away I was really Lonley. Asher comforted me and we ended up dating. It's almost been two months since we broke up" a tear went down my cheek "I told him that I was going to move because of my parents and their disaperence, but he got really angry and told me not to. I tried to explain to him that I didn't have enough money but he wouldn't listen, he grabbed the first thing he could get his hands on and he hit me with it. It was a plate. I ended up with a cut on my forehead, luckily I didn't need to go to hospital but we haven't spoken properly since then. I told all my friends and that's when he got kicked out of the group"

"Wow, that's horrible" he says catching one of my tears on his finger

"Well it's all I the past, I'm going to go get some more cookies" I say standing up

When I stand up and take a few step I feel a rush of wind and my pack pressed up against the wall. I look up and I see Zane pinning me to the wall.

"Z-Zane?" I say confused

"You aren't going anywhere" he says and he leans in

He kisses me, his lips smashing against mine. He uses such passion that I can't reject the kiss for long. I kissed back and it felt amazing. I could feel the electricity between us. The image of us against the wall kissing was enough to give anyone a blood nose.

When he left I felt a little sad. Oh well I'll see him tomorrow. I get ready for bed, before I go to sleep I put my purple pyjamas on, I brush my teeth and I pull my hair into a ponytail. I go to my bedroom and turn off the light. I close the blinds and I hop into bed. I think over my day and that kiss with Zane.

Zane's P.O.V.

I kissed her!, I actully kissed her!! I'm so happy. She kissed me back so now I am pretty confident they I have a chance with her. My plan is working. I knew it would of course, I made the plan. All I need to do now is make my "friends" so jealous and make Aphmau so angry at them that she will want nothing more to do with them.

"HAHAHA" I laugh out loud

My dad yells at me and tells me to be quiet.

"Sorry dad" I reply

Oh well. I can't wait to see Aph at school tomorrow, with her black  silk, eyes like drops of amber and her heavenly caramel skin. Her red lips that are so soft and taste so sweet. I know that she uses a different type of lipgloss each day. I need to taste all the flavours, which means that I need to kiss her everyday. That arrangement isn't to hard to make...
