Born Wild {Completed}

The End...

*A bright light flashes through my eyes, I look over at Jassy and Argo. They are shaking, scared and hurt. Wildfire gallops across the field, trying not to get caught. The men's horses, lathered in sweat. A rope is thrown around his neck and he is down. I rear up and gallop as fast as I can to save him. I accidentally slip on some mud and feel a pain in my back leg. Ropes thrown around me. A dark haired man dismounts off his midnight black stallion and holds something in his hands. A shotgun. He pulls it up, loads it and aims it, directly in he centre of my forehead. He evilly smirks,
" See you on the other side." I watch the trigger get pulled and a loud BANG!
All goes black.*

Just kidding!!! It doesn't end like this! Did you almost have a heart attack? Here is the real Epilogue:

Blinking my eyes open, I watch as a beautiful blue bird soars through the air. I feel a nudge on my flank and switch my gaze to my beautiful chestnut paint filly. She nurses, acting like she hasn't eaten in days. Wildfire lopes up to us and nuzzles me.

" How is our little Aurora doing today?" I look back at the pretty paint.

" She's fine. Stop worrying!" She looks up from nursing and asks Wildfire to bow his head down. He bows his head and she playfully nips his ear and he sarcastically gasps.

" Oh, you better gallop! I'm going to get you!" She gallops away and outsmarts him, dodging a tree. He runs into it, not hard but it was hilarious. She trots over to Jass's colt, Thunderstorm. Yes, Jass is a mother. Lilly's son, Tallon, is Thunderstorm's father. So my life is near perfect. I have my herd, family, my freedom, friends. What else couldn't be perfect? Right?
