It took Michael longer than usual to get home that day. He'd stayed in his car for a long time and just sat there, not knowing what else to do. For some reason when he'd gone over to Lily's apartment he expected them both to apologize and move on, and maybe work towards getting back together, but the exact opposite had happened.
When Michael entered his own apartment he was greeted by lots of yelling at screaming, which honestly wasn't anything out of the ordinary. As Michael walked further into the living room he saw that Luke was the source of most of the yelling; him and Calum were standing in the middle of the room and screaming at each other while Ashton watched form a distance, exactly like how it had been with Michael, Lily, and Luke just some time before.
"I told you that if you ever told anyone I would kill you!" Luke yelled, taking a few more steps towards Calum.
"I didn't think it mattered anymore!" Calum yelled back, flinching a little. Michael let out a small chuckle, he couldn't believe that Calum was actually scared of Luke. "She made the blog public, he was going to find out eventually!"
Michael sighed loudly, and even then he was sure that Luke and Calum didn't notice that he was now in the room. He didn't need them to fight over the stupid blog, like Calum said, Michael was going to find out about it eventually, him finding out about it didn't change anything.
"That's not the point!" Luke said, clenching his fists. "I trusted you, I told you not to tell anyone else and you still did! That's why I'm upset!"
"You can't protect your sister from everything, dude, everyone was bound to find out about her little blog one day." Calum shrugged. He seemed more annoyed with Luke than anything, like all he wanted was for him to leave.
"Yes-Yes I can!" Luke whined.
"God, don't be such a baby - " Calum rolled his eyes, but before he could finish his sentence Luke had punched him right in the nose and Calum collapsed to the ground.
"Don't call me a baby! I'm not a baby, I'm so sick of you calling me one! I'm so sick of you!" Luke screamed and tugged at his hair. He looked like he was beginning to panic a little, like he hadn't thought that he'd actually be able to punch Calum. "I hate you, oh my God - "
Luke turned around, most likely trying to make an escape, but bumped right into Michael, who was still trying to decide if he should laugh at Calum (because he did deserve a good punch in the face), or help him up (because he was Michael's best friend).
"I have to go." Luke mumbled and looked down at the ground as he pushed past Michael, leaving the apartment.
Ashton had already rushed over to help Calum, who had sat up by now and was clutching onto his now very bloody nose.
"Oh my God, what the fuck?" Calum yelled, looking around the room and noticing that Luke had left. He turned back towards Ashton, who was kneeling in front of him. "This hurts so much, Ash, ow."
"I didn't know that Luke had it in him." Michael said as he kneeled down next to Ashton, trying to get a good look at Calum's nose. Ashton seemed to know what he was doing (of course he'd gone through first aid training), but Calum was being stubborn and not letting go of his nose.
"I'm dying. Holy shit, I'm definitely dying. Ashton," Calum reached forward and grabbed the collar of Ashton's shirt with one hand. "Make sure that they dress me up nice for my funeral. I want the red tie, not the blue one - "
"Oh, shut up." Ashton finally spoke, rolling his eyes. "First of all, you fucking deserved this, so don't pretend you're a victim. And second of all, you probably have a broken nose, you're not going to die from a broken nose, dumbass."
