Mika

I got out of the cab and climbed up the stairs to Fab's appartment. I flung the door open when I felt my phone buzz. It was a text from Julian.

"Did you get home safe? I'm sorry, I love you :("

I rolled my eyes and closed the door behind me.

"Fuck off" I replied and slipped my phone back into my purse.

It's not that I was actually mad, but I really didn't like the idea of him having sex with his ex wife while I was going through actual hell.

I could have used having sex with him, not fucking Juliet.

That reminds me that I need to finally have legal sex with Julian.

Okay, I've actually always liked Juliet, she's a good mom and friend to the boys. I even kinda had a crush on her a few years ago. We just never really hit it off because we're totally different, but I have nothing against her.

I mean, I can't blame her for liking Julian, that just kinda inevitable.

I went into Fab's bedroom and dropping my purse I let myself fall on the mattress. Too lazy to take my clothes off and stuff.

I woke up to a loud bang on the door at what felt like five minutes of sleep. I glanced at the alarm clock and discovered I actually did sleep no more than half an hour.

I stood up and carried myself to the living room.

"Mika open up!" I heard Fab through the door, so I did as I was told.

"Where are your keys?" I asked slightly annoyed to be awaken. He walked in and I closed the door.

"You have them in your purse, you put them as soon as we arrived at the bar, remember? How else could you have gotten in?" He laughed.

"Oh, right." I realised. "Well, you and your stupid friend need to stop that and start carrying your own purses" I suggested and headed back to the room, where Fab followed.

"Someone's in a mood" he said taking off his jacket and tossing it onto a chair.

"You woke me up" I pointed out taking off my shoes, in which I was sleeping into.

"Julian got stoned and told us everything" he said taking his jeans off and sitting on the other side of the bed.

"I don't really wanna talk about it Fab" I let myself fall once again on the bed and rolled over to look at him. "Why are you here? I thought you guys would stay longer"

"I was worried, Julian didn't know how you were gettin' here" Fab sighed and laid back with his hands behind his head, staring at the ceiling.

"I took a cab" I replied and we stayed silent. By the way he was acting, all quiet and thoughtful, I knew there was something going on.

"What's wrong?" I asked cautiously.

"Nothing, it's just... today's been like the old times, and it was nice, you know? I missed it." Fab sat up, I knew what he was talking about, it made me happy to see the boys get along. "But, it's like Julian wrote Someday as a prophecy, it's scary. You know, the part in which he goes 'alone we stand, together we fall apart'? It's just kinda how it is with us, I don't think it's good for us to be like this again, we're all doing great on our own"

"Fab, I don't think you're seeing things clearly. Firstly, you guys miss each other, I know Albert does and Niko too. And you miss them too. If you want to hang out you should do it, you're grown ups now." I felt bad for Fab because he always wanted the best for everyone. He was probably afraid of Albert or Julian relapsing.
