Tray lied on his bed thinking about Kailee's outburst.
He didn't really understand what made her go berserk. She had suddenly whipped around and tried to attack her dog.
The weird part was the fact that Demon seemed to know exactly what he did.
Tray shook his thoughts away and logged onto the security cameras they had installed. It was connected to the phones in the house. He turned on night vision mode and the screens turned green.
He went through them and then switched back to the first one. He saw something that wasn't there the first time he'd checked it.
A green, skeleton glowing dog. It looked creepy as hell and its eyes were pure radioactive green, no pupil or whites. He looked like a skeleton of a German Shepard.
His breath caught in his throat and the only thing that could come to mind was one thing.
Demon.
Tray couldn't breath, knowing that thing was outside of his house. He didn't want to go outside and mess with it, either.
The demon glanced around sniffed the ground. It's skeletal tail wagged and it looked up again.
Straight into the lenses of the camera.
It stated at the camera for a minute before snarling. Green smoke came falling from its nose as it did so.
It put one paw ahead of himself, almost as if he was going to start walking toward it, but paused.
It stared at the camera for a few more seconds before the screen started to static.
Tray realized it was disabling the camera. He didn't know how, but it was probably a demon thing.
The screen became more and more static. Until it fizzled completely.
Tray stared at it in shock, until the camera went back to normal for a few seconds before going back to static.
He saw something in those few seconds the camera was normal again. The demon's face was two inches away from the screen.
And Tray screamed.

Tray didn't know what to do.
After his mom had rushed in the other night asking what was wrong, he'd just told her he was watching a scary video.
Truth was, he didn't want her to be worried, too.
It seemed that today Kailee had been pushing him away, trying to avoid him.
He had a feeling she was self conscious about her outburst the day before.
At lunch, Tray dropped his plate onto the table and sat on the bench. Henry and Will exchanged glances.
"What's up with you?" Henry asked.
"Kailee. Ever since her outburst yesterday, she's been avoiding me." Tray sighed.
"What outburst?" Will asked.
Tray mentally face palmed. "Well, she asked me for help with homework, and after I explained the topic, she suddenly attacked her dog." Tray said. It sounded crazier when he said it out loud.
"Why would she just suddenly attack her dog? And what did she need help with? She's got straight A's so far." Will said.
"Okay. One, I'm not telling you what she needed help with. She was plenty embarrassed as it was. Two, I don't know. I wouldn't be wondering that if I knew why she went berserk. Miss Mona kind of told me that I should leave after that. She apologized to me and said that I didn't have to come back. I felt kind of bad for Kailee. Something was obviously wrong." Tray explained.
