When you first realize that your alone, the first thing you do you try to get back what you lose or find something to make up for what you lose. The next thing you do is get angry cause it's like what did I do wrong why am I going through this. Then you become confused you don't know who to turn to or talk to don't know how to get the special person back or gain somebody or something. And then you get to the point were you're just upset and depressed, yes being alone is never fun but when you realize your alone and you start to get depressed you don't want to do anything you don't want to eat you don't want to do anything unless it's with someone you really and truly care about. Or you just get upset that you don't have nothing to do and your at the point like "why me, what did I do that I deserve this?" And yes it's completely normal there's stages to be in the time and there a process to get out of the time. Just keep your head up because if I can you can too.
