Victoria's point of view

We all stayed low and kept an eye open for any signs of the malevolent elementals. I was at the front with Daniell by my side. We were a full fourteen hours behind the malevolent elementals, but we had the advantage of traveling in the early morining.

Unfortunately for us, we were dead tired from nonstop running trying to catch up with Morgan's captors.

"Victoria can we just rest for five minutes? We've been running for ten hours straight." Moaned Sebastion.

He was the first to complain and if he was tired enough to complain then the others were near dead with exhaustion.

"Five minutes." I said finally giving in to my own exhaustion.

They promptly collapsed on the ground. I sat down next to Daniell, who was taking a swig of his water canteen.

"We haven't run like this, since that time Hama got us all to throw you into that lake and you chased us with your katanas for six hours straight. Remember that?" Daniell asked with a faint smile on his face.

"How could I forget? That was the worst birthday present I've ever had." I replied back recalling that semi-fond memory.

"And even then we were well rested. Wait, have you eaten anything today?" He asked inquisitly.

"No, but with the day I'm having that's the least of my worries." I said hardly caring if I had eaten or not.

Daniell sighed and I got up to announce that we had to get a move on. "Come on guys we need to get a move on." I said. "I've got an idea. How many of you can stand?"

Three people besides Daniell and I raised their hand. Ron, Natalie and Joseph were going to have to participate in my crazy plan.

"Okay, you guys that raised your hand, come with me. The rest of you get set up camp, but be ready if all hell breaks loose." I said formulating my plan.

"What are we doing?" Asked Natalie curiously.

"Well, the others will rest, while the rest of us go save Morgan." I explained. "But we need bait, so while I distract the guards, you four get Morgan out. I hear one objection and everyone is going." With that no one said a word.

The five of us ran at top speed in the direction of danger. After an hour of running, we could see the glow of lanterns in the distance.

We all slowed down at the sight of the camp. From where we stood you could see the entire camp.

I signaled to the others to stay while I looked for the area they were keeping Morgan.

After a few minutes, I found the area where Morgan was. They had him locked up in a cage, still frozen.

I walked slowly back to where the others were hiding.

"I found the place where they're keeping Morgan captive. Follow." They walked behind me as I lead them to Morgan.

"You four wait here, while I distract the guards. When they leave, Daniell you need to unfreeze Morgan and run back to the others at home base." I explained.

"We're not gonna leave you here-" Daniell started.

"I know, I know, but I'm the fastest one here and the least tired." I stated. "Just listen to my mad plan for once."

Daniell just shook his head, but then he sighed. Him sighing was a sign he was in.

I started to walk away to start the plan, when I felt someone put their hand on my shoulder. I turned and saw it was Daniell.
