37. The Visit

Meek- say "wake up mommy"!

Nicki- are we here?

Meek- yep

I got up, yawn and stretched before going to the bathroom. When I came out, Meek was putting Razah in his car seat. He grabbed the car seat and the diaper bag and walked off the plane with me following behind him. As soon as I stepped off the plane I knew where we were.

Nicki- why are we in New York?

I hadn't been back to New York since I left with my brother 5 years ago and I told myself that I'd never come back. All this place reminded me of was the bad memories.

Meek- were on vacation.

Nicki- this is not a vacation spot to me Meek.

Meek- is Nicki getting mad? Is Nicki starting an argument?

Nicki- no, I just hate it here.

Meek- we only gone be here for a little while. Then we movin on to our next place, ok?

Nicki- our next place?

Meek- yeah, come on.

We got in our car and went straight to our hotel. We went up to our sweet and got settled in. I wasn't sleepy because I had slept the whole flight but I was hungry, we all were.I ordered room service for Meek and I and then made Ra a bottle after I changed his diaper.

Nicki-I wanna know what your up to

Meek- I'm not up to nothin. I just wanted us to spend some time out of Miami.

Nicki- I just wanna know what made you wanna come here?

Meek- we got things to do here.

Nicki- ok Meek

Meek- why you just can't relax?

Nicki- I can...

Meek- well do that then

" room service!"

Nicki- can you go get that

Meek- yeah

He came back with the food and I waisted no time.

Meek- can I have some?

Nicki- is that a real question?

Meek- you don't never share with me.

Nicki- I haven't ate since we got on the plane in Miami. I'm starving.

Meek- you remember that

Nicki- here" I said holding half of my burger up to his mouth.

Meek- thank you baby

Nicki- so are we just gonna stay here tonight.

Meek- yeah. We gone get out early tomorrow tho.

Nicki- ok

Meek- why you ask that?

Nicki- because I'm not really tired.
