About ten minutes later I met Lindsey outside the firehouse and said to her "Hey Lindsey. Thanks for coming on short notice." She said " Yea no problem. Everything okay?" I said "Yeah. I'm sure my brother told you Matt and I are getting married and we settled on August 21. And don't tell Antonio. Matt is going to ask him to be a groomsman. But I brought you her because I would like you to be my bridesmaid. Would you be my bridesmaid? " She said " Yea of course! I'm honored I would love to be your bridesmaid. Yes. " I said "Thanks. Well I won't hold you up I will let you get back to work." Then we went our separate ways back to our jobs.
