Matt left for shift while I am on bed rest for a couple weeks until my next appointment. I'm gonna miss Matt like crazy a 24 hour shift can feel like forever. I hope it goes by fast but I knew I was in good hands my brother was here to help take care of me and Desiree. Antonio came upstairs to be with me until Desiree woke up. I am only ten weeks pregnant so I still have morning sickness and nausea. I start to get really nauseous and start doing a breathing exercise. Usually Matt helps coach me through it. It felt weird not having him coach me but I knew I could do it. Antonio said "Sis are you okay? What's wrong? " I said "Nausea. I have terrible nausea all the time I have to do breathing exercise and relax as much as possible for it to go away. Matt usually coaches me through it and if I need to I do a labor position and breathing and he still coaches me."
