My next appointment was for April 12th. My brother was on his way to watch Desiree like normal because matt and I have shift. I was excited to get back to work and move around and see everyone. My brother was here and he made himself comfy on the sofa to wait for Desiree to wake up and matt said "Gabby are you ready?" I nodded. We got in his truck and drove off the firehouse. We walked into the common room. Everyone cheered and was all excited to see me as I was them. Once I told them I was and stuff the normal questionnaire I got. Herrmann asked "how far along are you now?" I said " 11 weeks." Then I said " I will be right back I have to give these papers to chief." I walked back into the common room to get breakfast and matt said "how did it go?" I said "good." Then we ate. To me it felt like hours I had to wait to eat because I was so hungry. I am eating for two now.
