I can tell by the look on Gabby's face she just got a contraction. I said to her " just breathe. Nice and easy. In and out. You're ok. I got you im right here." I run my other hand threw her hair and kisses her head. I see she is starting to gey beside herself I said " hey. Hey. Its ok. Relax. Keep breathing. Nice and easy. Nice and slow. In and out. In and out. You're doing great. I got you. Its ok. I'm right here." About an hour later Dr. Toni came in to see how far dilated Gabby was. She said "you are doing great Gabby. You are three centimeters dialated. That will change your water just broke right before you got here so you're contractions will pick up and increase as time goes on. I will be back in to check on you in a hour." We said "ok."
