"Trinity... my child. Stay away from him, Asmodeus, as he is the Prince of Lust and will be the death of you. Leave him... now."

I freeze at the voice in my head and I slow shift my head so I am looking up at Dominic. He obviously didn't hear it as he just has a small smile on his face as he stares down at me. I sit up holding the blanket to my chest. Who's Asmodeus?

"What's wrong?" Dominic sits up too beside me.

"Nothing... Maybe I should start packing." I mumble. I don't look at his face as I slide to the edge of the bed and stand up. I walk over to the closet and pull out clothes for me to wear. I hear the bed creak slightly.

"Trinity..." I hear Dominic whisper, sounding shocked and I turn to him. His eyes are slightly wide. "Where did those two lashes on your back come from?"

"Eli, of course." I say simply, wondering how he forgot.

"No... All those lashes healed along with that stab wound from Mihael now it's only those two each one starting at each shoulder blade going down about six inches." He slowly stands. I reach back and feel along my upper back seeing that he is right. My whole back is smooth and flawless except two straight lashes. He slowly walks up to me and I know confusion is covering my face. He turns me around and I feel his thumb touch one of the lashes. I flinch in pain as he lightly runs his thumb down the six inch lash.

"It's... It's like an angel who's wings were ripped off." He mumbles to himself.

"What?" I say and turn around to face him. His eyebrows are furrowed together.

"Uh... We should get back to Etheriel and Nathan." He says and turns quickly, picking up the bag and then picking up his shirt off the ground and pulling it on. I slip into skinny jeans and pull on a sweater as Dominic begins shoving clothes into the bag until it's full. He grabs my hand and the bag before walking through a passage and into the living room of Nathan's apartment. Etheriel looks over from his spot on the couch and Nathan must be in the shower because I hear the water going. Dominic drops the bag and takes a single step forward.

"Look at her back." He says suddenly to Etheriel who looks confused and stands up.

"What?" he says.

"Trinity, please take off your shirt. Look at her back." He says and I look at him before awkwardly pulling my shirt over my head. Etheriel's eyes flicker to my body before looking at Dominic. "Trinity turn around show him the marks." I turn around slowly and after a second I hear Etheriel approach. I jump when his hand touches one of the lashes.

"These..." Etheriel seems speechless.

"Are like she got wings ripped off..." Dominic finishes for him.

"But how is that possible... she didn't have wings." Etheriel says in a disbelieving tone.

"I don't know." Dominic mumbles and helps me put my sweater back on.

"You're not safe there... Leave." The voice speaks suddenly in my head and I notice static flash across the TV screen for a second. No one else seems to notice. They both seem lost in thought.

"We should leave..." I say quietly and nervously.

"What? Why?" Dominic questions.

"Michael could come back... or... or Eli could find us again." I struggle to think of things that they would worry about. Etheriel looks at me with a little confusion in his eyes.

"Where do you suggest we go?" Etheriel asks. I think and obviously I don't know where we should go.

"I don't know... Somewhere far from here."
