Dominic arrives at our hotel room about an hour after Etheriel called him. He must have sped because there was no way that he could have got here that fast otherwise. He briskly walks in and puts Nathan's car keys on the coffee table, his eyes immediately find me and he comes over to me quickly. I understand why he was the worried look in his eyes as he does now. Etheriel told me demons can dig their way into your dreams and control what you see. The tattoo should have blocked him out, but not if he has been trying to get into my dreams for a while.

Dominic places his hands on both sides of my face and closes his eyes. I feel my body becomes paralyzed and my knees buckle under me and Dominic drops to the floor with me. I lay, unable to move, on my side and Dominic lays the same way a foot away from me, facing me. His hands are no longer on my face, but are reaching out to me. His eyes slowly open and complete white stare back at me. Flashes of Eli, standing in front of me rapidly flash across my vision right before I am sucked into the memory of the dream.

The setting is the same, blurred out and out of focus, except Eli stands in the middle of the room and Dominic is standing by me. Eli looks around and sighs, his eyes landing on me then Dominic.

"Trinity... Asmodeus..." He acknowledges us then goes to the wall and leans against it while yawing. "I should have known you would pull me back here." His eyes flicker to me. "Do you know what happens when you die in this dreamscape?" Eli questions.

"Mammon, Shut up." Dominic commands and Eli narrows his eyes at Dominic when he says his true name.

"Don't say my name... I only want Trinity to say my name." Eli's eyes flicker to me and they are filled with hunger.

"Why did you invade her head?" Dominic questions and I feel him inch closer to me. Well not him physically, but his immense heat become closer.

"To confirm what I thought, that she was the Nephilim everyone is going crazy searching for. No wonder you took so much interest in her. I want to claim her as my own now." Eli says his voice lowering at the end.

"Well she will never be yours." Dominic retorts.

"Mmm... But I will get to be the one who feels her warm blood soak my hands."

Everything goes black.

I open my eyes and my head is in Etheriel's lap and he is gently stroking my hair. He stares down at me as I stare up at him. Dominic groans near me and I look over to see him slowly coming to. He looks over at me and stares at me before looking away and slowly sitting up. I can move my body again and I slowly sit up, but continue leaning against Etheriel. He looks at me and his eyes drop some and he slowly lifts his hand and wipes under my nose, pulling away and revealing blood smeared on it. I look away, not wanting to see the look on his face.

"Eli wants to be the one to kill Trinity." Dominic says, drawing Etheriel's attention away from me directly. "The one to make the angels fall." He adds kind of like an afterthought.

"How do we stop him?" Etheriel asks.

"Well, killing him is one way." Dominic says and gets to his feet.

"Any back up?" Etheriel asks as his arms wrap around me.

"Sort of." Dominic replies and goes over to the window and peeks out at the night.

"Well?" Etheriel pulls me into his lap.

"I had a lot of time to think while driving here and I remembered something that demons use to do long ago to prolong torture without taking them to Hell. I can link her lifespan to mine which solves the tumor problem too." Dominic says and shuts the curtain again, look over at us.
