Chapter 14

Riley's P.O.V.

Sam came rushing in.

"I told him we should go our separate ways." I said.

Ding dong

"The boys are here. I'm going to go get the door." Sam said. All of the boys filed in and saw me crying. They were asking whats the matter. I told them the whole story.

"I'm so sorry Riley, Harry probably had no idea what he was doing. Did you let him explain?" Liam asked.

"No I had enough of him."

"You should've let him explain."

"Everybody thinks that!!! I've had enough harry. He has broken my heart way to many times and I'm not getting it broken again!!!!" I said while running out if the room into my room. I plopped down on the bed and started sobbing. I checked my phone to see

40 missed calls

45 messages

15 voicemails

All from harry. He called me again. This time I answered it.

"What?!" I answered harshly.

"Riley please let me explain!" He said. I could tell he has been crying.

"Go ahead."

"I was just so upset about the fight we had that day so I went to a bar. There is always someone there who I can talk to but no one was there so I just started drinking. The next thing I know is I'm dancing with this blonde chick. We walked outside and she brought me to her apartment and-"

"I've heard enough. I think we all know what happens next."

"When we got to her house she tried to kiss me but then I realized it wasn't you so I pushed her off of me and walked straight out the door. I would never hurt you like that. And when I called you a bitch I was so upset with myself for letting that happen to you and I took it out on you when I shouldn't have." He said choking back the tears. "Can you meet me at the park in 10 minutes?" He asked

"Yeah. Bye."

I went downstairs and everybody turned and looked at me.

"Where are you going?" Sam asked me.

"To meet harry in the park. I'll be back later." With that I walked out the door. As I approached the park I saw harry sitting on the bench with his head hung low.

"Hey." I said shyly. He looked up. I have never seen harry like this. His eyes were red and puffy.

"You came." He said

"I said I would so here I am." I said with a smile.

"Riley pl-"

"I'm sorry." I blurted.

"For what? You didn't do anything."

"I'm sorry for not letting you explain. I just jumped to conclusions."

"So does that mean you forgive me?" He asked.

"You have one last chance to prove that you love me and you are taking this relationship seriously."

"You can count on me." He said while giving me a peck on the lips. I'm so happy to have him back.
