Chapter 73

Riley's PO.V.

My heart melted hearing Harry stick up for me like that.

Harry and I are cuddled up on the couch watching 'The Notebook'. I always cry at the end. Harry looked over at me and giggled as a tear slid down my face.

"Shut up!" I said playfully hitting him.

"Was that supposed to hurt?" he chuckled.

"Maybe" I said softly.

"Riley, I have a question for you.." uh oh. he started leaning closer to me. he closed his eyes. thinking he was gonna kiss me I closed my eyes too and leaned it.

I leaned in only to be attacked on my sides by Harry's big hands.

I started jumping around everywhere. when he stopped and got off of me I stood up.

"I wasn't done" before he could tickle me again I sprinted towards the bathroom. I closed and locked the door behind me.

I heard rattling on the doorknob. the door opened revealing Harry with a smirk on his face and one of my bobby pins in his hand.

"Shit" I mumbled. I tried to get past him but his long arms wrapped around my waist before I could get away. He tackled me to the ground.

Luckily I was on top so he wasn't squishing me. We stayed there in the position.

"Am I crushing you?" I asked him.

"Nope, I'm very comfortable." he gave me a peck on the lips. "I love you" he blurted. he covered his mouth as soon as he said it. my eyes went wide. "I'm sorry I didn't me-"

"I love you too" I blurted out. he got the biggest smile on his face.

"You do?"

"Yes I do"

Just then he pulled out the necklace he gave me before he went to X-factor. it was in my apartment in the fire.

"How did you find this?"

"I went back to your flat and I found it on the ground. it was dirty but I brought it to the jeweler store to be replaced." I was shocked.

"Harry, you are the sweetest person ever." we shared a kiss, but this kiss was different, this kiss was full of love. we got interrupted when Harry's phone went off.

"Ugh!" He groaned. I looked at him confused. "I have to go to an interview. do you want to come or do you want to stay here?"

"I'll come." He smiled. "I don't have a shirt to wear."

"You can wear one of my sweatshirts." I happily agreed. he tossed one at me and I quickly put it on.

At the interview...

"Welcome boys!" the interviewer said.

"Hello" they all said at once.

"So everyone is dying to know who is single and who is taken?"

"Actually we are all taken!"

"Well they said it everyone, every member of one direction is off the market. so Harry, I hear you and your girlfriend,riley, have been staying with each other, since her flat burned down. am I correct?"

He nodded. "what's it like living with Riley?" she asked him.

"It's a lot of fun. we have sex all the time" my eyes went wide.

"Okay then." the lady said.

"I'm just kidding, she's gonna kill me." He laughed. I nodded in agreement. the rest of the interview I went backstage and sat in the lounging room.

Once it was over, all the boys came backstage. as soon as Harry came in sight I sent him daggers. he sat down next to me.

"I love you?"

"That's not gonna stop me from killing you." I giggled.

"Go change, boys, simon needs to see you." Lou ordered.

At Simon's office...

"So, this is a question for everyone except Harry, and we need you to be honest boys, okay?" they all nodded. "do you think that Harry has changed since he has been with Riley?" they all nodded yes. my stomach dropped. I kept my head down. "in a good or bad way?" I looked up for this question.

"Good of course." Liam said and everyone agreed.

"Alright we just wanted to make sure of that. Now we have an announcement but Riley we need you to step out of the room, sorry."

"It's alright. I'll be right outside" I smiled and stood up and walked out the door.

I sat outside the door and clicked on the little blue bird on my phone. my mentions flooded with hate. a tear slid down my face but u quickly wiped it away. I tweeted:

"I don't get why everyone hates me so much. what did I do?" I hit the 'tweet' button.

I made a mistake tweeting that. I got comments. tons.

'Because your fat and ugly and deserve everything you get'

'You stole Harry from us'

'Because your a fat whore'

'Because we all want you to die. maybe if you get enough hate you will just kill yourself'

' You need to just kill yourself!!'

I couldn't take it anymore. I threw my phone across the room and started sobbing. maybe they are right. I got up and ran outside.

Harry's P.O.V.

Simon was in the middle of saying something when there was a thud outside. my first thoughts were Riley. I'm sure she's fine.

After the meeting...

"Thank you boys" Simon said. we all nodded and walked out of his office.

I was expected to be attacked by Riley. but she wasn't out here? maybe she's in the bathroom.

I started walking towards the bathroom when I noticed a phone on the floor. It was Riley's phone. dear god...

Where the fuck is she?
