chapter 33

Riley's P.O.V.

i opened the door and saw Hary standing there looking like he just ran a marathon.

"riley-"

"no harry, i had a wonderful afternoon with you. thank you for the afternoon. i was thinking about giving you another chance. i was going to tell you at dinner, but instead i sat there and ate alone. everybody around me were with their husbands or boyfriends and then i was the odd one out, eating by myself. someone even came up to me and asked if i was eating alone and when i said yes, guess what they did? they laughed.they laughed at me then walked away. i made a complete fool out of myself. and then someone posted on twitter a picture of you and another girl having dinner. that put a cherry on top of my awesome night." by the time i was done i had tears falling down my face. "and to think that you changed, makes it even worse"

"im really sorry. at the meeting they heard i was going to dinner with you they didnt approve, so they made me go out with her. and now shes my new 'girlfriend.' please tell me you didnt-"

"jesus christ everytime i am upset or crying you think i cut. i swore i would never do it again and i mean it this time. im done. i think you need to go" i said

"yeah i probably should my amazingly hot girlfriend is waiting in the car for me." he said then walked away. i closed the door and slid down the door on my back sobbing. i got up and walked into the living room.

"im going to bed. ill see you guys tomorrow." i said then walked upstairs. i layed in my bed for about 3 hours. i looked at the clock and saw it was 2 in the morning. then i remebered i just missed my first day of training!!!!!!!! shit!! I will tell them in the morning. I went downstairs to the kitchen since it was obvious I won't me sleeping. I went on twitter. I saw;

"I want Hiley back!"

"I wish harry and Riley didn't break up"

"Why does harry always have to screw up a relationship!!"

I couldn't read anymore. I decided to tweet something. "Guys please don't hate on harry. We tried to work things out but it wasn't meant to be. I hope he's happy with his girlfriendxx" after I sent it I exited out of it and locked my phone. I went into the living room and watched tv. I got a text from someone.

From: harry

Meet me at the park in 10.

I don't know if I should go. I looked at the clock and saw it was 4 in the morning. I guess I will go. I went into my room and changed into sweatpants and a t shirt. I walked down to the park and saw a figure standing there. I could see the mop of curls so I knew it was harry. I walked up to him. He looked at me and our eyes met.

"Hi" he said.

"Hi"

"You came"

"Yeah..."

"I'm going to say something and you can't say anything until I'm done okay?" He asked

"Okay." I said nervously.

"I'm really sorry riley. I honestly hate management right now. It's not right for them to tell me who I can date and who I can't date. I was getting ready for our dinner and then management called and said I had to go on a date with a different girl. I was devastated when I figured out that I was going to miss the date with you. And when I called my 'girlfriend' hot I was just mad because I knew that I really lost you this time. I hated myself for not doing anything. Everything was going great until I had to ruin it. I cried myself to sleep. Then I saw that you tweeted something I knew this was my chance to talk to you. If I could go back in time I would go all the way back to the first day I met you. I'm going to go tell management off about doing that to you. An if they say I have to date her still or I will get kicked out of the band I don't care. If being in the band is risking the way you see me I won't be in the band. I would choose you over the record deal in a heartbeat. I know the boys would understand because they know how madly in love I am for you. Before I started dating you I used to go out and drink every night but now that I have you in my life I haven't been doing that. Even the boys are starting to talk to me more. They hated that side of me. And I do too. But you changed me. I'm in love with you and only you. I don't care if you hate me and never want to see me again I will always love you." He finished. I was crying now. Wow I've been crying a lot lately.

"Harry I need to process all of this. I'm sorry"

"No it's okay. I get it" and with that he walked away. I started walking home and processing everything he just said.

When I got home I went up to my room and laid down on my bed. I then fell into a deep sleep.

The next morning...

I woke up at 10:30. I needed to get up and got to American eagle and see what will happen. It's a little chilly today so I went over to my closet. I pulled out a pair of dark skinny jeans and my brown boots, and my knitted sweater. I grabbed my phone and put it into my back pocket. I went downstairs and saw Sam sitting there.

"Hey are you going anywhere today?" I asked her.

"No why?"

"Can I take your car?"

"Yeah sure" she said shrugging.i grabbed her keys and made my way to her car. I drove to American eagle. I walked into the mall and walked into the store.

"Oh hi Riley" Kelly said.

"Riley's here!" She yelled. The manager walked out.

"Hi Riley. Are you aware that you missed your first day of training?" She asked me.

"I am."

"Okay well I'm sorry to say that you have been replaced." She said. I had just lost my first chance of getting a real job.

"No I completely understand. Thank you" I said then walked out if the store. I didn't want to go home yet so I decided to get something for myself. I went into Victoria secret. I started looking around the store. This store is really expensive so I'm not getting a lot.

45 minutes later.

i was finally done. I was walking to the register. I got 3 pairs of yoga pants. 4 pairs of yoga shorts. Some underwear and bras. I got 2 bottles of perfume and 4 pairs of shirts. Okay so I got a lot more than I thought. The total came out to $697.53. Holy shit!!! I got out my debit card and paid for it. I walked out of the store and to my car. I started driving home when I decided I wanted Starbucks. I pulled into the lot and parked the car. I ordered my usual and waited for it. I got a text message.

From: Danielle

Where are you?

To: Danielle

Starbucks:) meet me here!

From: Danielle

Okayy! C u there:)

About 5 minutes later Danielle walked in at the same time my drink was ready.

"Hey I heard you aren't working at American Eagle anymore?" She asked.

"Nope. My next job I want to be a dancer."

"I was hoping you would say that." She said with a smirk.

"What do you mean?" I asked

"I got you a job dancing for singers!" Se squealed. I squealed with her!

"What singers?!" I asked. Her answer is was made my smile drop...
