chapter 64

Riley's P.O.V.




none of us knew what to do.




"when can we see her?" i blurted.




"in 2 days" my eyes filled with tears. i started pacing back and forth.




"Riley and Liam, go home and rest. you guys have been her all day and night. you need to get rest."




"but-" Sam cut me off.




"no buts! butts are for sitting. we will call you guys if we get any news. text me so i know you got home safely okay?" me and Liam nodded sadly. me and Liam walked out of the hospital. i got in my car. i put the key in the key hole and started the car. my vision was blurry. its currently 9:45. i got to intersection. the light was green but quickly changed to red. i slammed on my brakes halting to a stop. i sat there for a couple minutes waiting for the light to turn green. when it did i lightly stepped on the gas.




as i was crossing a car coming in the other direction was swerving all over the road. i moved closer to the line on the side. as the car got closer it was past the yellow line. then the driver stepped hard on the gas and was coming straight at me. my eyes went wide. i felt the impact. i hit my head multiple times. glass was flying everywhere. hearing sirens was the last thing i remembered before everything went black.




Harry's P.O.V.




we were all in the cafeteria. none of us were eating. once we were tired of sitting there we went back up to where we were before. we all sat down saying nothing. then something popped into my mind.




"hey Sam have you gotten a text from Riley yet?" she shook her head no. i furrowed my eyebrows.




nurses were frantically running around.




"car accident head on. driver in a blue Nissan with the license plate LK18 HG. seriously injured. then a stretcher came in. whoever was it was they were covered in blood. that license plate sounds familiar. i stood up to get a better look at who it was.




i gasped when i saw who it was.




"patient name is..." a nurse was looking at her papers. maybe its not her. "Riley Bard" everyone jumped out of their seat, eyes wide. all our mouths dropped to the floor. no it cant be. "heart stopped!! we need a doctor now!!" the nurse yelled.




my heart was pounding in my chest. my knees started shaking. i hope Dani and Riley are okay!










2 hours later




"Riley Bard?" we all stood up. "well Riley has a concussion. she lost her memory." tears filled my eyes.
