The next day, Natsu and Grey came to pick Lucy and I up to visit the guild and Ari said she was coming, we just needed to find a way to keep the egg warm.

"Put it in its nest by the fire." I said and she did. We were soon off to Fairy Tail, and I was still getting sympathetic looks from people. I groaned and Harley and Grey snapped up to look at me. Harley was about to take a sip of her beer.

"What's up?" Grey asked. "I'm sick of people looking at me as if I'm a kicked puppy. So my eye was stabbed and destroyed. So what? I got an awesome looking new one that makes me look ten times better, in my opinion." I scoffed.

"Hen, people are going to feel sorry for you for a while. I would just ignore it until it goes away." Harley said and I nodded. "Believe me, I'm trying." I said and Grey chuckled next to me.

"They just want to know if you're okay." He said, putting his arm around my waist and pulling me a little closer. I smiled and leaned on his shoulder and chest. "I'm perfectly fine. And as I said, I think this eye makes me look about ten times better than I used to look." I smiled up at Grey. "I'll agree with you there. You look way more badass." He smiled down at me.

"Ooh careful. You might upset Juvia." Harley warned. "Juvia and I have been through this." I sighed.

"Hey guys! So Christmas is soon! What're we doing?" Natsu yelled as he dragged Lucy agreed Erza with him. "We should have it at Lucy and Henley's because everything already happens there." Happy said as he flew over.

"Seems fair. But if anyone makes a mess, Lucy and I are not picking it up." I said and they all reluctantly agreed.

We soon had the details laid out, but I wasn't really paying attention. I was figuring out what to get everyone. I had a pretty definite plan in mind.

"Sorry guys, I gotta go do shit. Catch up with you later!" I said, pecked Grey's cheek, and high tailed it out of there. I went to the market for presents for them, and soon had everything I needed.

I can't believe it was only three days till Christmas and I hadn't even gotten anyone a present.

But by the time I was done, I was almost broke. So I took all the bags home and set them up in my room on my bed and went down to make myself some tea. When I was done with that, I started to sort the presents out and wrap them.

Man, this is gonna go great.
