Boy trouble

I'm spending another day at bens house this weekend. I haven't been able to see him all week and I desperately need to.
I haven't told him about my 'episode' with Joe. It is literally tearing me apart inside. Do I tear their friendship apart by telling ben the truth?
Or do I let Joe keep trying to make moves on me, without ever telling ben?
I know what the right answer is, but it's just going to be so hard to tell him.

It's my birthday in a few weeks time, I'm going to be seventeen. Yay!
I can't wait to celebrate it with ben, but I can't be happy celebrating when I know I'm keeping a big secret from him.
Okay. I will have to tell him.

My mum drops me off at his flat and I cautiously walk to the door.
I'm quite nervous actually, that is if Joe answers. I really don't think I can handle the stress today. But hopefully it won't happen again, I'm not wearing my wig, instead I've just got on a wooly hat chelsea bought me. It's really nice actually, it's white with black, zig zag stripes across the top. I actually prefer it to wearing a wig, it's less itchy and is comfier to wear. I will admit... I don't think I look too bad in it.

I approach the door and thank god it is ben who is standing on the other side.
"Hey darcy come in, I'll be there in a sec. Just got to finish getting ready."
I relax a little and let out a huge sigh as I walk into the main living area.
That is... Until Joe arrives.
"Oh... Hi it's you again. You practically live here. Oh well... More fun for me."
"No stop, stop it Joe."
He goes for the kiss again but this time I scream out for ben.
"Darcy what?!" He comes running in.
I push Joe away whilst looking at him in disgust.
"Joe... what the hell is going on?" Ben screams.
"Oh come on mate... Let me have my fun."
"What did you just say? Were you just trying to kiss my girlfriend?" He shouts a little bit louder and his voice gets a bit deeper.
"Calm down ben, come on really"
"DO NOT TELL ME TO CALM DOWN. YOU HAVE JUST KISSED MY GIRLFRIEND WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?"
"Twice" I add, Joe looks at me in anger.
"TWICE? YOU MEAN YOUVE TRIED TO DO THIS BEFORE."
This time Joe just stands there with nothing to say. I remain sitting on the couch with my heart beating faster than it ever has.
"GET OUT JOE!"
"Woah mate what?"
"I said GET OUT!"
"You can't tell me to get out, I live here."
"Oh yes I can." He grabs joes arm and pulls him outside.
"Ben wait!" I say then follow them as they go out their front door.
Ben pushes Joe out the door, they both have a look on their face as if they want to kill eachother.
Ben launches himself at Joe and throws a full punch. I stand back avoiding their dangerous actions.
"You didn't just punch me?" Joe says his face filled with hatred. He then kicks ben forcefully in the stomach and before you know it they're in a full blown fight.
I don't want to get trapped in the middle but I can't watch it, no matter how much I feel like Joe deserves it.
So, not really thinking, I try and break it up.
"Guys, guys please just stop this."
Ben accidentally slashes his arm out to the side and knocks me onto the concrete ground. I squeal in pain as my thigh scrapes across the ground. Blood pours from a large wound in my leg and I grab it in agony.
Ben immediately stops fighting and kneels down next to me.
"Oh my gosh darcy I'm so sorry, I didn't mean-"
"I know. But please-" I can't quite catch my breath from the excruciating pain throbbing from my thigh. "I just need help."
"Okay, we'll get you to a hospital. Joe, I'm taking your car, this is your fault."
"You can't take my car."
"I'm taking it." He goes inside to get the keys and then lifts me into the back seat so I can have my leg up.
Joe watches us as we drive away, and all I can think about is how large this wound on my leg is.

"Darcy, seriously are you alright?"
"I don't really know ben, it won't stop bleeding."
"I'm so sorry I-"
"Save it."
"Darcy honestly you know it was an accident."
"I know, but you didn't have to get in a fight in the first place."
"I know but-"
"Wait a second" I interrupt "how are you driving your only sixteen."
"I've been taking lessons with my dad, I'm almost seventeen, sort of,"
"Do you even have a lisence?"
"No but..."
"So your risking our lives by driving in a car you don't have a lisence for?"
"The most Important thing now is that we get you into hospital."
I ignore him the rest of the journey up there. But I'm still in fear from the fact we might end up getting arrested before I even make it to the hospital.
