*elises point of view*

My eyes fluttered open, for a moment I had no idea where on earth I was. I looked around the room familiarising myself with my surroundings I looked next to me sensing the emptiness of the room and realising that Alfie wasn't infact here. I sat bolt up right remembering his weird behaviour last night when I suddenly noticed the slip of paper on the bed.

I read over it relieved Alfie had calmed down I looked at my phone. 8.30. I had a text from my mum, Finn and Zoe. My mum was just asking how my first evening was - I composed a brief outline of the evening and promised to give her a call soon.

I opened Finns 'morning beautiful *cringe* see you at breakfast x' I smiled to myself and rolled onto my belly 'good morning handsome x' I quickly typed back.

I clicked onto Zoe's it was a picture of her soph and Louise with their eye brows raised and arms crossed. They'd clearly picked up on my departure..
