*Elise's point of view*
Louis pulled out a bat and ball from his bag and called out 'who's ready to play some ball' we all sat up Joe putting his arm behind me so I could lean back on it. We all cheered Louis and Maz were nominated as team captains and each got to choose their teams 'hmmm I gotta go for the lovely Louise' said Louis holding has hand out to pull her up 'Jack you're up mate' called Maz and they high fived as Jack walked over to stand with him. the teams ended up as Maz, Jack, Me, Zoe, Alfie, Caspar vs Louis, Louise, Finn, Joe, Sam, Sophie, Marcus with Maz nominated as team captain to run twice. 

The boys were taking this very seriously Maz dictating where each other us should stand for fielding and the boys reporting to their spot immediately, limbering up literally jogging on the spot. Clearly me and Zoe had been pushed to the side where the balls were unlikely to come and we couldn't help but laugh as the boys start whispering to one another about tactics.

Louis was first up bat, Maz bowled it to him and he hit it miles quite literally out of the park, he'd made it back for a whole rounder before Alf had even got the where the ball lay. They went crazy wooping and jumping on Louis as he came back to the start arms raised. Maz tried to motivate the team who were currently sulking after the poor start 'come on guys pull it together we got this' yelled Maz over the top of Sophie's calls of 'Loser'

Louise went to the batting spot next, she took a huge swing missing the ball entirely before kicking her wedges off and running towards first base, back stop Jack got the ball straight back to Maz meaning she was stopped in her tracks, we all wooped and Zoe and I jumped up and down in excitement.

We got pretty into our fielding role me even taking a catch off Louises second hit, they ended up with 9 and 1/2 rounders. 

We decided to break for drinks at half time, FInn and I were sent to the tescos to pick up the orders
