Meeting Tom's Family

Tonight was the night I would be meeting Tom's family.

Was I nervous?

I WAS BEYOND NERVOUS I WAS A WRECK!

I was sat on my bed looking at my clothes, I had changed my mind so many times, I needed to look nice, nothing over the top but nice... AH!

"Love what are you doing?" Tom asked from the doorway holding Harlee in his arms. "I thought you were getting dressed?"

I sighed and buried my head in my hands; I was almost ready, hair curled, makeup done casual but I didn't know what to wear! "Tom I dunno what to wear!" I told him.

Tom came over and looked in the wardrobe then pulled out a dark blue dress then lay it on my bed next to me. "Get dressed," He whispered then kissed me softly on the lips...

Here goes nothing!

I changed into the dress and fixed my hair then looked in the mirror; I can pull this off!

I walked down the hall and into the twins room to get them ready but they were already dressed well sort of, Tom was styling Harlee's hair.

Tom looked at me and smiled widely. "Jess you look absolutely gorgeous," He told me as he finished Harlee's hair.

I blushed and went over to him. "Well thank you, good Sir, you look very handsome and my children look stunning, thank you for doing that!" I complimented him. I looked at Holly and saw a long gold chain around her neck. "Holly is that my necklace?"

Holly giggled and give me that evil, mischievous smile. "Mine!" She told me and held the necklace tightly.

Tom gasped. "I had no idea that was yours, she took it out of her draw, I thought it was hers," He told me.

I laughed lightly. "Don't worry about it, I never really liked it any," I told him and kissed his cheek. "Right are we ready?"

"I moved the car seats into my car and the present is in the car," Tom told me as he picked Holly up. "So yes we are ready. Love, don't look so nervous."

I laughed nervously. "I have a right to be nervous," I pointed out.

Tom and I carried the twins out to the car buckled them up and we both sat in the front of the car. The entire journey consisted of me tapping my foot nervously, looking out the window and mumbling things to myself trying to calm down, Tom would occasionally put his hand on my knee and thumb little comforting circles with his thumb. 

Emma's house wasn't that far; She was only having family round so it was only a little get together, THANK GOD! Her house was small yet it looked very nice, a few cars were already parked outside...

"Here we are," Tom stated with a smile. "I think everyones here."

"Oh God, don't say that," I mumbled. "Don't leave me!"

Tom chuckled and cupped my cheek. "I promise I won't," He told me and kissed my lips softly.

As we pulled away I looked to the back seat; The twins were staring out the window. "Hey you two, behave when we're in here!" I told them.

Tom and I got out the car and got the duo out. Holly and Harlee stood next to the car staring wide eyed out the house... Tom took my hand in his and entwined our fingers,the twins followed us closely as we walked up to the front door.

Tom knocked on the front door and a young blonde women opened the door. "Tom you made it!" She said excitedly and hugged him tightly then looked at me. "You must be Jessica, it's nice to meet you, I'm Tom's sister Emma!"
