Okay?

Once again Tom and I sat in the Hospital waiting room for our appointment for another pregnancy scan. I was fifteen weeks pregnant and I had a cute little bump and thankfully thanks to baggie tops no one could see it, Tom and I wanted to be sure everything was okay before we started telling our family and friends...

"I'm scared," I whispered.

Tom held my hand tightly. "Stop stressing!" He told me and kissed my temple.

I placed my free hand on my bump and gently rubbed it as I watched the nurses and doctors walk past us, my heart was pounding and I just felt sick.

"Mrs Jessica Hiddleston?" A Nurse called.

Tom and I stood up and we walked over to the Nurse, she smiled softly at us and showed us inside. I lay on the bed then Tom sat next to me. His smile gave me that bit of hope...

The Doctor came in and smiled at the two of us. "Hello I'm Doctor James Carter, I've read your file from your last scan but is there anything you want to tell me, any strange feelings or pains?" He asked.

I sighed and shook my head. "I've been fine, just normal morning sickness," I told him honestly.

Doctor Carter nodded. "Alright lets have a look," He told me as he switched the machine on.

He gently rubbed the wand over my bump and the small black, white and grey picture appeared on the screen... Our little baby!!

Tom and I shared a smile as Doctor Carter moved the wand getting a good look at our baby.

"How is everything?" I asked quietly gripping Tom's hand.

Doctor Carter looked at us. "Your baby looks good, the body seems to be developing very well and the heart beat is strong, baby's a little small but it will grow," He told us. "Nothing to worry about!"

I rested my head against the bed in relief, thank god our baby was okay. I cleaned my belly and got off the bed, Tom pulled me into a hug then kissed the top of my head as I hid my face I his chest, I breathed in his aftershave and I couldn't help but smile. Our little family truly was going to get bigger!

"We have photographs for you," Doctor Carter announced. "I will schedule another scan and you can find out the gender."

Tom smiled at Doctor Carter. "Thank you, this means a lot to us," He told him and took the pictures.

A few minutes later Tom and I were sat in his car on our way home, Tom drove with his left hand on my knee rubbing gentle circles with his thumb. We hadn't stopped smiling yet, our baby was going to have an amazing future with us and his bid brother and sister!

Tom pulled onto the drive way the parked his car next to mine. "You're going to need a bigger car," I pointed out.

Tom chuckled softly. "Yes I suppose I will," He told me as he looked into my eyes. "I love you Jess!"

I smiled as my heart beat picked up. "I love you too Tom!" I told him and captured his lips softly.

"MOMMY DADDY!" I heard the twins squeal.

Tom and I pulled apart sharing a laugh, we got out the car and the twins dived at us, hugging us tightly as if we had been gone for weeks!

"Come inside we have something to tell you," Tom told them then turned to his Mother who had very kindly been taking care of them. "Thank you Mum, we really appreciate it!"

"No worries Tom, I hope you're both well and I'll see you next Friday," Diane told us.

I kissed her cheek. "Thank you, see you then," I told her and she got into her car. I turned to the twins and smiled. "Come on you two!"

Tom led us all upstairs to the spare room, the four of us sat on the floor smiling.

"Daddy why are we in here?" Harlee asked.

I smiled. "Daddy and I have been keeping a little secret," I told them.

Holly frowned a little. "What is it?" She asked.

Tom pulled an envelope out of his jacket pocket then handed it to the twins, we watched them open it and look at the writing.

"Can you read it?" I asked Harlee.

Harlee nodded. "Hello Harlee and Holly, I am baby Hiddleston and I'm going to be your new baby brother or sister!" He read

The twins turned the note over and saw the scan picture. "Mommy are you having a baby?" She asked with a huge smile on her face.

Tom and I nodded. "You're going to be a big brother and sister!" I told them.

The twins were screaming with excitement and cheering. "Daddy is this going to be the babies room?" Holly asked as she span around.

"Yes it is," Tom told her. "You have your princess room, Harlee has his superhero room and the baby will have the perfect nursery!"

I hugged Tom and kissed his cheek. "I can't wait!" I whispered. "We're growing!"

Tom placed his hand on my belly and kissed my cheek...
