~*Fisk’s POV*~
I get off the bus in a town that seems strangely familiar. I flick my lighter and walk around town till I figure out why I know the area.
It’s the town outside of the castle.
Diego laughs. ‘Ironic that we just happen to come here while running from our messes. Why don’t we make ourselves known and go to the castle? It would be fun to burn it to the ground. Such a large building in the middle of the nowhere. It would burn for days.’
I sigh and shake my head. ‘I still like to burn things but I really think we should turn over a new leaf. I’m tired of running all the time Diego.’
My wolf gasps in my mind. ‘You don’t want to burn anymore? Who are you and what happened to Fisk?’
I roll my eyes and flick my lighter closed before I slip it into my pocket. ‘It’s not that I don’t want to burn. But maybe we can figure out a different why to burn without causing problems. Maybe that new queen that we heard about can give us a job that will fit our desires. But I’m not heading over there right now. I wouldn’t get there till the middle of the night. I’ll get a room and we’ll head over tomorrow morning.’
Diego huffs before disappearing from the conversation. I shake my head at the sunset and find the nearest hotel to book a room for the night.
~*Whisper’s POV*~
I wake up as the car comes to a stop. I sit up and look around to see that it’s late at night but we have arrived at the castle. But I don’t see any guards.
James looks around for the same reason. A car door slamming shut catches my attention. I look in the back seat to see the twins are gone.
I open my door and jump out of the car and look around.
I spot two wolves running toward the castle’s main door. One is black and the other is white. Both are larger than any wolf I’ve ever seen. My head would barely reach the shoulder blade of each wolf.
Something in me urges me to follow but Blood-Fang speaks up. ‘Let them go. There is a reason for us being here. They know what they must do. Now we must let them do as fate commands.’
I sigh and grab James’s arm as he starts to follow the twins. “We are here for a reason. Even Blood-Fang says that we are not to interfere.”
James looks at me and sighs.
We both go back to the car and shut the doors then I crawl up and sit on the hood of the car and lean against the windshield. James does the same thing. We get comfortable and watch the entrance.
I pray in my mind that this is what we are supposed to do and that my children will not be harmed.
~~ Sorry for the short chapter but I hope that everyone is sitting on the edge of their seats as the next few chapters pass by. Don’t fall off. :)
I hope that the POVs are exciting and that they are more enjoyable then annoying.
Be prepared. We are nearing the end of Beasts. But we still have a few more chapters so no worries.
