Hospital bells

Amy's POV
I was asleep in the now empty bed and I heard my phone buzz. It was the hospital from where Josh is right now. I suddenly got terrified. What if he took his life? So I picked up.
"Hello Amy Lee speaking."
"Are you Joshs girlfriend?"
He forgot that were married! I guess that what morphine does to you.
"Yes but I think that got messed up I'm his wife. Now is he dead or alive?"
"Alive but you need to get down here Mrs. Ramsay."
When they say you need to get down here that's means there's news.

Josh's POV
Once I woke up I was in a hospital room. Reminding me of that dream. I don't remember what happened. I was playing my immortal then passed out. Matt was at my bedside and I poked him.
"Matt?"
"Oh your awake the doctors found something wrong."
"No shit and did you call Amy?"
"Yeah and you and your mind. You forgot that your married to her?"
"Shit I had stuff going on! And morphine...."
Then someone walked in and it was Amy and she ran to me and kissed me.
"You idiot you were playing while sick again. You've could've died!"
"I'm not dead it felt like I was dead for a bit...."
"I'm just glad your alright."
I moved over trying to not wrap any of the heart monitor lines on me or IV lines. Then the doctors came in when Amy was laying down.
"Matt can you give us a minute since you already know please."
He nodded walking out. I suddenly got frozen with fear not knowing if it's bad or good.
"Joshua you have stage four melanoma cancer I see about 4 months left before you die."
She looked over at me with tears streaming down her face.
"I'll fight and I'll try to live to see my kid."
"So we'll set up the kemo and radiation today."
I get more needles jabbed into me now? Great. I nodded and when they left I looked over at Amy.
"Shhh Amy it's four months we can make the best of those months."
"But you're trying to fight when you can't. My sister Bonnie had that same cancer I know how it goes..."
"Look I'm fighting for you! If you weren't here I wouldn't be fighting but I am."
She gave me the signal for morning sickness and I let her go to the bathroom and do her thing. I got up knowing that my mom is in the same hospital. Maybe she'll remember me for once. After she did her thing I walked up to her room. When I walked in she looked at me.
"Mom it's me Josh your son remember?"
I sat down holding her hand. I could tell by her eyes that she doesn't remember anything at all. Then she started to have a coughing attack and the monitor was beeping away.
"M-Mom?!"
"Josh just hit the code blue button."
I pressed the button and they came in with a crash cart and my dad just drops his stuff and looks over at me. I sat down in the hall turning pale as Amy rubbed my back.
"You feeling alright babe?"
I just nodded and looked up at my dad and into the room and I saw the flatline.
"I was just up seeing her and she had a coughing attack."
"This is all your fault Josh!"
"If I was on your she would've died alone I don't think either of us would want that."
He looked over at me. Shit don't touch me or I will cough up on you!
"What do you mean by either of us?"
I gave him the hold on signal and I grabbed a bin and coughed up more blood.
"It's cancer..."
