I walk down to the Great Hall for breakfast. All of today I had no classes except for Transfirguations before dinner. So all I just wore my regular clothes since I don't need to wear my uniform. I sit down at the Slytherin table and Rosie marches up.
"Malfoy care to explain this," she says and hands me a note.
Thorns thanks for getting me in trouble *note the sarcasm* -
"I can't," I say and toss the note to her.
"Oh come on. You know exactly what happened," she hisses.
"Listen Thorns I didn't do anything," I say and holds my hands up in surrender.
"Oh we're doing nicknames I can do nicknames. Come on-Scorpion you know what you did," She fires back and I smirk.
"You think you can do that, Weasley," I hiss and she huffs.
"Just answer the question Malfoy!" She shouts and all the heads in the Great Hall turn to us.
"Rosie you're turning the attention to us," I whisper to her.
"Scorp, I didn't do anything you left the note and I need an answer, why did you leave it," she says raising her voice.
"Gryffindor, go back to your table now and I'll answer you later," I say.
"You listen to me, Slytherin. You answer-"
"Or what?" I taunt and she clenches her jaw and storms off to the Gryffindor table.
"Scorpius is in trouble," Al says and sits down.
"What took you so long?" I groan.
"I didn't want to interrupt my cousin and her rage fit," Al says and starts to eat.
"I was literally dying over her. She thinks I wrote this," I say and give him the note. He scans it and smiles.
"It's funny because that's not your handwriting," Al says and laughs a bit.
"I know but she's so worked up," I groan and take out my wand.
"What are you doing?" He asks with a worried look.
"Nothing," I mumble with a smirk and raise it to cast a spell.
"Scorpius Malfoy," A girl's voice says in disgust.
"Ugh Alice why are you always there to wreak the fun," I groan and she makes a face. Albus gets up and hugs her and I gag.
"I'm going out to uh go some where other than here," I announce and push my food away. I get up and walk to the library. Catching up on some reading won't hurt. I walk to my usual back table but Rosie is already sitting there.
"Where is she not?" I groan and take a sit far away from her. "What to do?" I mumble to myself and look though the bookshelves. "Useless, Stupid, Why do we need to know that, finally," I say scanning though the books and grab a copy of Fantastic Beasts and where to find them. I feel someone on the end tug on it and I move the books away to see them.
"Oh you," a girl voice groans.
"Nice to see you too Rosie," I reply and smirk.
"Do you have a brain problem where all you do is smirk and never smile?" She says and tilts her head.
"Do you have a problem with me?" I ask and cross my arms.
"Of a matter of fact I do. You put that idea in my innocent little cousin's head," she says.
"Albus? But he's older than y-"
"Stop right there. You think that- that Allison can come to Hogwarts and to live a normal life?" She says in a hushed tone.
"When are you going to realize that you shouldn't judge someone by their parents," I fire back.
"I don't do that! My mom was the greatest witch of her age, my dad is the best Gryffindor Keeper, and my uncle is the chosen one. I like to read and I'm smart but I don't use it like my mom I'm more than a brain. I love Quidditch but I'm a chaser, and I'm not a chosen one," she hisses at me.
"You know if you keep hissing people might think you're a Slytherin," I say and smirk.
"There is again, that smirk!" She groans and throws her hands up in frustration, "I hate that smirk."
"Great to know," I say and lean against the other bookshelf.
"Malfoy you are so predictable!" She shouts and walks away being shushed by the librarian.
"Is that so, Weasley?" I say under my breath than slip out of the library.
"Hey Scorp how are you and your girlfriend?" Alice says and laughs a bit.
"Weasley is not my girlfriend. I wouldn't care if she started to date Angus Wood," I say and walk to my dorm. I grab my broom and run out to the Quidditch Pitch. I'm so sick of everyone thinking Rose and I are together! People can be friends and I don't even know if we are friends more like frenemies. I hop on my broom and push off than fly a couple laps.
"Rosie this and Rosie that! I DON'T LIKE ROSE WEASLEY!" I shout while flying. I fly back down and jump off in frustration.
"Good to know," Angus Wood says walking down on the field.
"What are you doing here, Wood?" I scoff he's a fourth year and nothing like his father. All the girls love him and according to girls in the corridor he a hunk (which made me want to gag myself with a fork) but he's not even on the Quidditch team but he tries to get on it. Did I mention I hate his guts?
"Just making sure you know where your mind is at," he says and looks around.
"It's my mind not yours so bye," I say and turn around.
"But I think I should know if I'm going after your girl. Too make sure you won't mind me taking her to Hogsmeade sometime," he says and I clench my jaw.
"Don't mind at all. People can be friends. Stay out of my business, Wood," I say harshly.
"Now now Snake you might want to be care. Don't want to end up in Detention again," he hisses.
"You might want to be the one to be careful," I say and walk back to the castle. I walk to the Slytherin common rooms and grab my quill and parchment.
"Scorp, what are you doing?" Albus says and I crumble up the fourth paper of parchment.
"I honestly don't know," I groan and lay back on the couch.
"Is it about-"
"No it's not about Rosie," I groan.
"I was going to say the History of Magic paper," He says and backs out of the room. Great, Scorpius, just great get your friend angry at you.

I walk around the castle with nothing to do. Every where I've been, I've either got kicked out or it just was too boring.
I find myself in the fifth floor corridor. I hear voices to my left and follow them.
"I don't like Scorpius and I never did," Rose's voice says.
"That's good but what about the Yule Ball?" A guy's voice asked.
"Alice and Albus would scold me if I left him," she says.
"Since that's cleared up want to go to the Hogsmeade next week, together?" The guy's voice says. There's a long pause and I peek behind the wall. Of course it's Angus Wood and Rosie.
"I would love to," she says.
"Is going with me a problem?" He asks.
"No just I usually go with Alice and Albus and Malfoy," she says and I start to walk away. I hear footsteps so I speed up then I hear someone growl. "Scorpius?"
"That's my name don't wear it out," I say and turn around.
"Listen I was in a conversation with Rose and you distracted her," Angus says.
"Yea totally, Wood. You go for it. I'll see you later, Weasley," I say.
"If I didn't have a brain I would think you were stalking me," she says and purses her lips.
"If you didn't have a brain you wouldn't be fully developed and most likely not here,"I say and she smirks.
"That smirk I hate that smirk," I mimic and she can't help but smile.
"Ok bye Scorpius," Angus huffs.
"My voice isn't that high," Rosie says and that makes me smile. I leave and head to Transfirguations with Ravenclaw. I don't like Rosie but we are good friends and I don't let good friends go. And I realized that I completely forgot that Allison is here. I have a lot bigger problems.
