Albus

WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. Why does Rose have to be such a hot head? Why does Alice hate me? Why does my brother like Alice? Why is Scorpius friends with that blonde bimbo? And why am I snogging Jane?! A Ravenclaw for Dumbledore's sake!
"Ehem," a voice says from behind us.
"This is really sad Albus," another voice says from behind us.
I slowly turn around and realize that James and Alice are standing there awkwardly watching us.
"I can explain," I stutter just as awkwardly as my brother and former girlfriend look at me. 
"I would get rid of him," Alice says curtly to Jane who is burning up quickly. James just glares at me  and tugs Alice back around and they walk down the corridor quickly. As soon as they turn the corner Jane collapses on the ground behind me and I move towards her but my legs are locked up and I fall next to her.
"Curses," Jane mummers from her spot next to me. "James," I mutter and sigh. "They are so rude," Jane says reaches for her wand. I take my wand out of my pocket and perform the counter-curse and we both stand up. "I should've that coming. James always wants to make Alice happy. Alice would feel terrible if she actually performed it on someone. Rose would do it in a heartbeat to help Alice an-"
"Albus, can you stop talking about them it's you and me now. You aren't even friends with Rose," Jane says and tosses her hair behind her shoulder. I wanted to say, 'Rose is my cousin and Alice is her best friend, James is my brother, you'll have to get used to me talking about them,' but I simply said," Yea of course." "I'm glad you understand Al," she says and kisses my forehead. "I need to go study you know with exams coming up," I say and dismiss myself to the library.

As I walk towards through the tall bookshelves I hear a familiar laugh suddenly muffled by a hand assumingely. I look through a gap on the shelf and see Alice, and James. Smiling. I walk around the shelf and look for a book ignoring their sudden silence. When I look over at them Alice looks at me with a blank face before turning around a going to another section of the library.
"Al," James says with a slight nod before turning with worry cracking his face as he turns around.
"James," I say realizing that by brother, my oldest friend has gone after Alice, my ex-girlfriend. I look at him as he turns around and goes after Alice. I sigh and unclench my hands that I realized we trembling. I broke everything, and now I feel guilty as ever.

I stumble back to the Slytherin dorm before flopping myself back on my bed and falling asleep. Before anyone can say a word to me, I'm no longer conscious and snoring softly.

"Albus, jeez wake up already!" I hear a soft voice whisper harshly. I groggily open my eyes and scan the room look for the source. My eyes focus on Jane, and I see her haunting smile. I study her and realize she is clutching the invisibility cloak and I feel my eyes widen slightly.
"We're going on a trip," she says smiling, obviously pleased with herself. I cautiously sit up and slide off of my bed, I grab a jacket and slip on my boots.
"Let's go," I say with fake enthusiasm.

A little while later I am standing in front of the Gryffindor common room with Jane next to me.
"-Are you listening?" Jane snaps quietly. I blink a few times and try to remember what she was telling me before I zoned out.
"So I what I was say is we are going to cast a freezing hex on Alice and James for what they did to us. But that other girl, the red head, she's smart so we can't let her unfreeze them. " Jane explains taping her finger to her chin.
"Jane I don't-"
"Oh I know, you'll sneak in and say you want to apologize to her then freeze that little red head and tada!" Jane says with a smirk.
"Jane, that's my brother, my cousin, and my cousin's best friend we are talking about." I point out.
"It's not like they actually like you have you seen how they act towards you. James teases you non-stop, the red head only sticks around because she's force to, and Alice, please, she hates you," Jane explains.
"I guess you're right," I say and feel the pain in my chest.
"Good to know you've come to your senses," Jane tells me then kisses my cheek," Now go freeze Rose." Jane walks down the stairs and heads and I knock on the painting and Rose emerges.
"Albus? What are you doing here?" Rose asks.
"I'm sorry Rose," I whisper and perform the freezing hex.
"Perfect Albus!" Jane says and runs up the stairs," Now for those love birds."

Jane pulls me a long and points to James and Alice studying at a table.
"It's time," Jane whispers and we perform the freezing hex. I feel a pain in my chest. What am I doing? That's my family.
"That'll teach them a lesson," Jane says and pulls me closer and kisses me. I push her away and see the hurt on her face.
"Al what's wrong?" Jane asks.
"It's- it's nothing," I reassure Jane. She nods and holds my hand and we walk out. Jane walks with me to the Slytherin common room and goes over to Allison as I sit down next to Scorpius.
"Your girlfriend made a friend," Scorpius points out and Allison and Jane laugh.
"I did the wrong thing Scorpius. I broke a friendship, I broke people's trust," I tell Scorpius and confess what Jane and I did. How I froze James, Rose, and Alice. How I didn't even tell Jane no.
"Rosie," I hear Scorpius gasp.
"I betrayed them all for Jane," I say and bury my face in my hands," What have I done."
"It's ok mate it'll be fixed," Scorpius reassures me and stands up," It's not harmful, someone is bound to find them, Albus."
"I know someone will find them but they'll know I did it Scorpius. I messed up big time," I tell Scorpius and I groan. What have I done?
