Scorpius

Albus and I walk under his dad's invisibility cloak towards the third floor. We direct to an empty classroom that Alice wrote down the room number. Albus checks the hallway and we walk in. The room has a bunch of black, red, and orange. A table in the far right is full of snacks and drinks. Everyone is wearing nice type dark clothing. A few people I recognize from different houses are around. I look around and spot Alice and Rosie. Alice is wearing almost all black and Rosie is wearing a black dress with red shoes.
"Hey Gryffys," I say walking over to them. Rosie smiles a bit and Alice rolls her eyes.
"When are we planning to go to Hogsmeade?" Alice mentions.
"Sometime in December right?" Albus says and I nod. I look over at Rosie and notice she has my snake ring on. A smile spreads across my face, and Rosie gives me a weird look.
"What?" She asks scrunching her eyebrows.
"Nothing," I say and walk to the table and grab some Pumpkin Juice.
"Scorpius!" I hear a cheery voice say and I groan a little. Phoebe stands there in a long black dress. Who invited her?
"Oh hi," I say drinking some Pumpkin Juice.
"So are you ready for Christmas it's just around the corner," she says beaming.
"Kinda the whole Yule Ball Honorary thing with going to Hogsmeade," I say peering over her shoulder.
"Oh you're going to the Yule Ball? I am too my father is Viktor Krum," she says happily, "How are you going? You should come with me!"
"Can't Albus' father and Rosie's uncle and their aunt were champions. So Rosie and I are going as friends," I say so she would get off my back.
"Ain't that great," she says though gritted teeth.
"Yea I better go," I say walking towards Albus.
"That girl won't quit will she?" Albus says with a laugh.
"Hey where'd Alice and Rosie go?" I ask, looking around.
"Alice went to go tell Sam something and who knows what happened to Rose," Albus tells me.
"What about Rose?" Rosie says jumping in.
"Where you went," Albus says and she nods.
"Got some chocolate frogs," Rosie says holding out five chocolate frogs.
"I'm back," Alice says practically tripping walking back," Oh! Chocolate!" We all get one and open it.
The famous Harry Potter looks me right in the eye and it gives me all the information.
"Oh course," I say biting the head off the frog.
"I got both parents," Rosie says showing us the cards.
"Got my namesake," Albus says with a laugh showing us ex-Professor Dumbledore.
"Yes! New one, Godric Gryffindor," Alice says and smiles.

After the party Albus and I head to Slytherin common rooms. We were one of the few Slytherins that went. The common room is empty so we climb up the stairs into our dorm and quietly climb into our four poster beds. I pick up a copy of Quidditch Though the Ages and climb into the bed. Albus is already fast asleep when I put my book up. Quidditch has always fascinated me it's only of the only things Rose and I have in common. We often argue which team is better. With those thoughts I quickly fall asleep.

December starts to approach and the air turns colder. Gryffindor is a little bit ahead in house points but we are close.
I head down to the dining hall for dinner. Albus already went down with Alice so I just walked alone. Looking around the halls I spot Angus Wood talking to some girl. I didn't pay attention, every girl who doesn't have sense likes him. Before heading into the dinning hall I catch a glimpse of the girl. It's Rosie but why is he talking to her?
"Scorpius!" I hear a perky voice say and turn around. Golden haired Hufflepuff crazy bugged eyed girl follows me. "Rumor has it that Angus Wood and that Weasley are going to the Yule Ball," She says perky.
"Yea ok," I say quickly.
"He was just with Weasley earlier. I'm surprised you haven't punched him," she says and I growl.
"You hexed her! You injured her! For Quidditch? You weren't even playing!" I exclaimed loudly.
"Scorpius, she hexed me first just for talking to you," she says innocently.
"You weren't feet off the ground. That hex couldn't have hurt her yours did!" I say storm out to the dining hall.
"Unbelievable," I mutter sitting down at the Slytherin table, "Today is Saturday, Hogsmeade." Finally we are going to Hogsmeade, hopefully it will get my mind off of things. I eat my toast, why was Rosie talking to Wood?

I quickly walk to the Middle Courtyard were everyone is waiting for me. Hugo and Lily are in the courtyard too.
"Why can't I go?" Lily asks.
"Only third years and up Lily," Albus says and we turn around and leave.
We go to the front doors and a teacher crosses off our names. The grass is covered in snow and its freezing cold so I wrap my jacket around me. Everyone falls behind me and we walk in the snow towards Hogsmeade. Christmas is approaching and for the first time I'm staying at Hogwarts for Christmas along with Rosie, Alice, and Albus. Then the Yule Ball will come and I'll be with Rosie.
"Hey guys, I forgot to mention that my parents are coming to Yule Ball," Rosie mentions as we walk in the snow. My eyes widen, my dad was huge enemies with them.
"Don't worry Scorp you'll be fine," Albus commented.
When we reach Hogsmeade and head straight to the three broomsticks.
"Just don't pull any hexes," Alice puts in as we order 4 butterbeers. The waitress hands us our jugs and I take a big sip.
"I'm going to need to go to Gladrag's for the Yule Ball stuff," Alice mentions and Rosie nods.
"My dad is sending in something," I tell them and Albus nods in agreement.
"So we'll spilt off and meet back at Honeydukes," Alice says and we all nod.
Albus and I walk in the direction of Dervish & Banges. We really didn't need to get anything, I just wanted to check out some stuff.
"You seem tense," I mutter and Albus glares a little at me. We walk in and I go straight to the Sneakoscope. Rosie got one for her birthday and it always interested me.
"You won't need that You-Know-Who is defeated," the worker says and I nod. I know good and well about it my grandfather was on the Dark Side and so was my dad but he changed for the better. We leave the store in complete silence.
"Al I need to get new quills and parchment. I still have to write that Transfiguration essay for about Animagi," I announce and he nods. Professor Lamella was fun but loved us to write. And when I say love I mean it's a deep love you can't break.
"Oh right. Being Animagi must be cool," Albus says and I noticed it's the first happy thing he's said all day. We walk into the story and I grab my supplies and give the man my coins.
"I think the girls are still there we should go check on them," Albus says and I nod and walk over to Gladrag's.
The lady working there points us in the direction of Alice and Rose. Alice is sitting in a long little gold dress waiting for Rose.
"Perfect timing guys!" Alice says smiling and Albus hasn't closed his mouth. "Come on out Rose," Alice says.
Rosie comes out in a long burgundy colored dress with her combat boots underneath.
"Woah," I say, awestruck.
"Yea I know I look hideous," she sad and turns around.
"No not at all you just look more prettier," I say mouth still wide open.
"You might want to close it before flies move in," Albus comments and I close my mouth and Rosie blushes.
"We should head back," Rosie suggest and they go back and change.
The girls come back and we pull our cloaks on and head back to Hogwarts.
