Liar, Liar

Chapter 24 : Police

Derek pulled a knife from his belt and held it to his side. 

"With this, pretty boy?" He held the knife to Niall's cheek.

Niall got chills, as he felt the cold metal. His eyes closed shut. He didn't want to see anything, especially Ella.

Ella was in shock when she saw the knife. She couldn't move. She looked around for something to use to help Niall. She spotted Derek's bag against the wall behind her. She slowly crawled to it, trying not to make a sound.

Niall's breathing increased its speed as the knife moved from his cheek. 

"Don't worry it'll be done before you know it." Derek chuckled. Niall opened one eye. The knife was now pressed against his side.

A tear fell from his eye. 

Ella gripped onto the cold metal as she stood up. She had never held one before and it felt wrong to. 

She held up the gun with both hands. Her finger on the trigger.

 "PUT THE GUN DOWN! HANDS OVER YOU HEAD, ALL OF YOU!" One out of the 5 officers yelled.

Ella dropped the gun in fright, it making a loud crash on the ground. She quickly raised her hands over her head. She was shaking a lot and sweating. She couldn't believe what was happening.

Derek dropped Niall and the knife and made a run for it. Not making it far though before one officer taized him. 

Niall fell to his knees, he put his hands to his heart. His heart was racing. He looked to his left and saw Ella. A gun was laying at her feet.  A paramedic rushed to his side. He started asking Niall a ton of question. But Niall never answered.

Everything seemed to be going in slow motion for him. 

Harry peeked his head around the corner then rushed to Niall's side. He froze when he saw Ella with the gun.   

A police man approached Ella.

"Please, I was just trying to help." Ella cried as he put the hands cuffs around her wrists.

"We know, we just need to ask you some questions of what happened. We saw everything." The police man spoke calmly to Ella. Making sure he didn't scare her anymore than she already was.

"You f***ing saw everything!? Why didn't you come out when you first go here?!" Ella yelled. The police man took Ella to the car and explained everything to her.  

Harry tried running to her but other police held him back.

"You're not arresting her, are you?" Harry's voice cracked when he spoke. 

"No. Just going to ask her some questions, that's all. Now, as for Mr. Big Man over there, he won't be so lucky." The woman said.

Harry nodded slowly and walked back over to Niall.

"Niall, are you ok?" Harry knelt down next to Niall.

"I think. Just a little freaked out." Nially began chugging down a bottle of water. Trying to get fully sober. He swallowed down hard.

"Where's Ella?" Niall asked nervously.

"They took her to te police station to ask her some questions. No arrest." Harry breathed out.

"Thank God." Niall said.

Yeah, I posted twice in one day. No biggey. THEY'RE ALL ALIVE NOW GUYS, WE NEED TO CELEBRATE! 

OK, serious time.

Yesterday my brother found my wattpad. I forgot to logout and close it, so when he got the computer he saw it. I wasn't home though, so I hope he didn't read any of it. He also said he was going to tell my dad but I don't want him to! He said my dad would be proud of me but I don't want him to read my stories. It's just awkward for me that people that I know read this stuff.

A few  friends from school do, but that's fine because they're directioners. But my family is not directoners, at all. But a funny thing is he said if I write about Perrie from little mix that he should be dating him.
