"We made it!" Yen shouted. You and Laurance are standing in front of a mushroom tree. Yen smiles brightly.
"I told y'all I wasn't a-lying. This is it, y'all. I best be on ma way-"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. You're not leaving until we get in the dimension." Laurance says.
"Alrighty, y'all." Yen says. You and Laurance climb the tree, searching for the purple bell. You frown.
"I can't find it..." Laurance says.
"We need Sapphire. We need to find a Sworn Sorcerer. We don't have a choice. If we're gonna save everyone from the invasion of the Shadow Knights and Zenix... we need to find that bell." You say to Yen and Laurance. I should at least let her know why we are so desperate. She might help us.
"If we don't find the bell..." Laurance adds. You look down at the ground. Tears fill your eyes. Why am I doing this? Why not Aphmau?
"Laurance, I shouldn't be the one here. Aphmau, she's perfect. Heroic, and she knows what to do in these sort of situations. She was your first love, she should be here with you right now..." You say, giving up.
"You are better than Aphmau. You're kind and strong, and you focus more on people and love than work and power. She might be a Divine Descendant, but you are even better than her." Laurance says. He kisses you. "That's why I love you, and not her."
"I'm a-tearin up..." Yen whispers. She pulls a purple bell out of her pocket.
"Y'all are welcome to enter." Yen says, hanging it on a branch. Purple magic begins to swirl around them and all of a sudden, you and Laurance are in another dimension. The pocket dimension of the elves. It looks like a normal forest, but all the homes are made of gold, and there is a big, diamond tree in the middle with a purple glowing treehouse. There is a big clearing filled with elves. It's a workshop with lots of brewing stands, enchantment tables, and other magical tools. There is a waterfall with silver enchanted water flowing out.
"Yen... who are you really?" You ask. Laurance draws out his sword in defense. Yen runs over to the waterfall and drowns herself in it, returning with elf ears.
"I am Queen Yen of the Magic elves. Laurance was right about his doubts towards my accent and behavior. That accent, it's silly. It's annoying. And my behavior, it's dumb. Intimidating. But you and Laurance still trusted me. With doubts, of course, but trusting and trustworthy people are hard to find nowadays. I could tell you two were good at heart, so I opened the dimension for you." Yen said. You bow to Yen to show respect, and Laurance copies you. He puts his sword away.
"Now, you said you were searching for Sapphire. She is probably at workshop. But she's not a Sworn Sorcerer. I am." Queen Yen explained.
"Queen Yen, please help us." Laurance says.
"Will do. Now come on." Queen Yen takes you and Laurance up to the purple treehouse. She rings a purple bell, and the door opens. She searches for books and grabs one out. She flips to a page, and hands it to you.
"This is the spell book for Sworn Sorcerers. Here's the Spell of Love." Queen Yen explains.
A Sworn Sorcerer's Spells
Chapter 46: Spell of Love
Ingredients:
Purple Bell
A Phoenix Feather
A Shadow's Sword
A Queen's crown
A Lover
Directions:
Have the female in the couple wear a queen's crown, the male holds a shadow's sword. Break a purple bell and put it in a brewing stand with some water. Mix it together with a Phoenix Feather until it's pink and glowing.
"That looks... hard. Very hard." Laurance says.
"But not impossible." You say.
"We already have two of the ingredients: a Shadow's Sword and a Lover." Laurance states, winking at you. Wrong time for flirting, Laurance...
"I cannot give you a Queen's crown sadly, because elves never wear crowns. But the purple bell is still on that branch in the tree." Queen Yen says.
"Thank you so much, Queen Yen." Laurance says. You and Laurance run back to where you started. Queen Yen waves goodbye to you, and the two of you return at the tree. Laurance kisses you with joy. You reach for the purple bell, and look up in shock. The bell isn't there.
