Laurance nods and kisses you. You jerk back for a second, but then copy him. Wow, you two disgust me.
Shut up and let me kiss him.
After the kiss, Laurance and you head back to the tree.
"So tell me, do you love me back or no?" Laurance says.
"She loves me, not you!" Vincent interrupts, jumping out of the middle of nowhere.
"Ahem, stay away from my woman, Vincent!" Laurance shouts.
"She's not yours, she's mine! We were already dating!" Vincent shouts. The two of them lunge at one another, swords clashing.
"LAURANCE! VINCENT!" You scream. All of a sudden, you realize the other you is taking over. You feel fear crawling into you and scream loudly. Laurance and Vincent stare at you, their swords at one another's necks.
"STOP! I don't want you two fighting over me! I will choose one, and the other can just be my friend. YOU GOT IT, YOU TWO?!" Shadow you growls.
"Yes..." Vincent whispers. Laurance nods and holds your hand, bringing the real you back. You feel calmer now that Shadow You is quiet.
"Laurance... she didn't pick one for me..." You whisper.
"I guess your inner Shadow Knight is nicer than we all expected." Laurance chuckles.
"Vincent, I'm sorry, but I don't love you. I love Laurance, and I want to be with him." You state. Vincent's eyes fill up with tears and he nods. Laurance smiles at you.
"Now, my love, what would you like to do?" Laurance says.
"My inner shadow knows. I'm waiting for her to tell you." You say. You two stand there, holding hands, waiting for something to happen. "Let's make it the craziest day ever and find a way into the Sacred Heavens."
